  First when the side by side was sold to me it was sold as a Wildcat 1000 I traded my Harley in on it and put 2500 down then I added a hard top and over 2000 in the side by side As I order a part for it and had the vin run for the part I found out it's not a wildcat 1000 it's a wildcat 700 trail Which isn't what I wanted and now after paying for a year on this I go to pay it off and they don't even have a title just a bill of sale I want all my money back even what all I put into it Can you help me From what I can tell after all I pay on it and put into it they owe me around 4500

  Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/01/19) */ we have take care of the customer , atv was advertised when it was sold with bill of sale and he signed form on the time of purchase saying only bill of sale , but we already have the customer taking care of and his happy now with out any problem . When I bought the side by side a ask if it had a title and was told it did also I was charged for tax title and registration on the side by side it's on my contract where I was charged for it No where does it say bill of sale only Yes I return the side by side because they was going to repo it I lost a good motorcycle and paid a lot money in that side by side for nothing I would buy nothing without a title no mater what Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/01/25) */ Not sure what's going on now , but It's all done we bought the atv back from the Customer and we refunded him back money that we agreed on , also the reason behind all of that him loosing jobs to sickness self employed, he was 3 almost 4 months behind on payment we didn't not repo the atv from him we aeven waived all the interest and late fee and use to call and check on him when he was at the hospital so all of this is wrong , also offered him that we can get title for it and will take 3 weeks , so I'm not sure if we did the right thing we should of have repo the atv and we're done with all of this and not baying him back money . Yes I stop paying and was going pay it off but had no title it's against the law to sale without a title even tho I was charge for it plus it was sold to me from the beginning under false advertising as it was stated as a wildcat 1000 then after I found out it was it was A wildcat 700 I done fix it and really didn't have a choice but keep it since they done got rid the bike I traded in This whole deal been very Illegal from the start I talk to a lawyer and I'm going go ahead and just file charges and take it to court since it can't be resolved here
