Bad Bussiness Charge me $2310 for un finished Moving. Stay away from this company.

We provided a moving service to *********************** on May 3rd, 2024. Her contract started at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 9:00 p.m., a total of 11.5 hrs on her move. Originally, she inquired about services for her bottom floor and one room on the 2nd floor. The following is her inventory that she needed us to move; 3 living room sets, dining area, fridge, washer/dryer, office, ***** cab, end tables, coffee tables, breakfast area, bar stool, king size **** set, queen **** set, and boxes. One of the moving experts drove out to her residence and provided an on-site estimate for her. And even then and there she failed to mention that she had gym equipment that needed servicing and relocation. That being said, the guys were willing to assist her with the gym equipment but she only wanted to pay for 1 hour, it was going to take them longer than an hour. The following day she called requesting the guys to return for the gym equipment, she was added to the schedule and decided to cancel cursing one of the supervisors and being ****** disrespectful. The company was willing to assist her with the gym equipment she originally failed to mention she had, and even then she was rude and highly insulting to our management team.Review from Clay P

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Used for hot tub move. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. They put the hot tub on a "plastic sled" that was old and clearly damaged. Almost immediately the straps started breaking off and they kept sliding the hot tub even though it was clear that some sort of metal on the underside was gouging my concrete and grass. They deeply gouged my new concrete walkway when they crossed over it. Then they tried to put the hot tub onto a dolly and make a ramp out of wood boards that they found on my deck. The hot tub was rocking dangerously from side to side and I feared that someone was going to get seriously hurt and there was a 0% chance that they were going to successfully get my hot tub onto the concrete pad without destroying the tub or more of my property in the move. I told them that they needed to come back when the sun was up and they could actually see. I also told them to come back when they had the appropriate equipment to actually move the tub. They left my hot tub sitting on its side halfway on the concrete walkway and halfway on the grass with no pad, blanket, or protection underneath it. I had to pay another company to finish the move and when I put the hot tub right side up I noticed all the damage that they did to the hot tub. I called the hot tub company and they said it would be $1162.29 to repair the damage. After reaching out multiple times they finally offered me an insulting settlement agreement for $235. They made up some BS about only being able to cover 20% of damages, but it's clear in their paperwork that the liability insurance covers $0.60/pound. So since my hot tub was quoted for 1000lb of coverage, I should have received a minimum of $600 as a settlement. After spending weeks emailing and calling the owner we agreed to $525 if he paid me quickly. It's now been over 2 weeks and I still have not receive the money. These guys are incompetent and the owner is a snake. Do not let them move your stuff!
