Date: August 13, 2022 was the delivery date but June 26th was the pick up date. Legally I should have had everything delivered by July 26th. Money paid to MB transportation: $2800 directly paid Committed to provide a cross country move and actually have everything showup that they originally took and not have it all broken. Nature of disbute: When MB transportation finally showed up after 38 business days and nearly 2 months of having my items I was missing 28 boxes of my belongings. My table was broken in from of me by the driver stepping on it. It already had the top of it snapped off apparently in transit because the top was sitting on top of other items. I am amissing thousands of dollars of property. Every single tote I purchased for this move is crushed, which is 300$ for just the totes. My table that i watched him break futher was an additional $300. Every item that was packaged well and labled fragile was broken along with the now crushed box it was in. It will cost me thousands to replace everything missing and/or broken. The driver told me it was not his problem and to file a claim. The only issue is he would provide me with information to make a claim and the owner will not answer his phone. The driver told me it wasn't his problem after telling me items might be missing since he had my stuff staying in his hotel room while he did a delivery. Under no terms was I told my things would be unloaded into a hotel room for any reason. It's crazy! 1. Movers are supposed to move my packages on either 20/21 of JUL 2022 but they showed up on 22nd JUL 2022. 2. As per contract the big items need to packaged with quilt wrap, which was not done. There is no packaging at all on any of the items. 3. Before loading the packages into the truck, Movers need to give us a final estimate and if we agree to that estimate then only movers need to load packages into truck, instead they loaded everything into truck and left over 6 Medium size packaged boxes, Bedframe along with spring boxes, Bike, Patio set, Couch and several other items, which are worth of around $3000. They left all these items and are asking us to move these items with another movers. 4. As per the contract movers need to hold the packages in storage for upto month but they are forcing us to take the packages on 25th and no storage was provided, instead MB TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LLC is asking us to book storage and download the packages into the storage and then move the packages with a local moving company in Morrisville, 27560 (Raleigh). MB TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LLC is asking us to pay extra $1500 for keeping the packages with them for 2 days. 5. Initial contract estimate was for 650 Cubic feet (the amount is around $4650) and after loading the package, MB TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LLC is saying that we need to pay an addition of around $11000 USD. 6. Some furniture is broken, 3 packaged boxes are missing and we can see stain marks on Mattresses. 7. MB TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LLC accepted only cash and Zelle payment and the driver was rude to us while unloading the packages. 8. Initial contract for my move was around $4700 but we ended up paying around $11000 at the end of this move. Moreover the driver and his owner were very rude during the entire move process.Initial Complaint

Moved from California to Nevada. Many issues. I have a detailed document, but will summarize here. They were never on time. Did not provide any of the required documentation including initial quote, modified quote, Bill of Lading, California required documents . . . Many items damaged. Extremely poor packaging. Metal objects thrown into the same box with glass items. Yes, broken glass. After we discussed it explicitly, parts organizers were tipped upside down and backwards, spilling all contents. Has taken hundreds of hours to resort the parts. A huge mess. Unloaded at destination very haphazardly saying they were in a hurry to get to another job. Demanded about 5 times the original $$$ quote before they would deliver my stuff. Charged me for packing materials they never used (They use all the boxes I provided). Have been trying to resolve this for 5 months through the broker I used (Gold Standard Relocation) and MB has been non-responsive. Today just discovered that Gold Standard Relocation is closing their doors. And was just informed by a California state employee that MB Transportation is NOT licensed in the state of California so it was illegal for them to pick up my stuff and transport it to the Nevada state line. On February 27, 2022 this moving company was assigned to me by a moving brokerage (*************** *****). Moving company was suppose to arrive on Saturday, February 26, 2022. In the processing of moving my belongings, I found mover searching through my dresser drawers, questioned him as to what he was doing he stated that he thought we needed to move items out of the dresser. Informed him that that was not the case since I provided shrink wrap. I called back to the moving company to inform them as to what transpired, with their mover searching in my dresser drawer and informed them that I questioned him if he had taken anything, he stated no, but was untrue. Informed my cousin and she stated I should have called the cops, I should have. Later on when my belongings came to me in Lakeland, FL, arrival date was suppose to be on March 28, 2022, they arrived on March 31, 2022 with one mover. I paid for white glove services to have items moved out and in, and set back up, that didn't happened. After everything was removed from the truck. I realized that all my belongings wasn't there. Some of my items came to me broken. As I searched through my belongings that's when I realized that the mover back in San Antonio, TX, Robert M*** stole my jewelry. I immediately reached out to them to notify them about my missing jewelry. I have been reaching out to them as to when they will be getting the balance of my belongings to me, at one point I had been in communication with Sherry J******* but not anymore. Jean C***** is the manager /supervisor, I recall him asking me if I could provide more money due to the gas prices going up. I did not because i was already out of pocket $6,908.00 for this move that I paid in full. I would like to get my belongings especially due to the fact that I have an adjustable Serta bed that I brought from Sears (no longer in existence) and need the remote control. I have tried to be patience but my patience has run out. I truly need your assistance.Initial Complaint

MB Transportation was contracted by Allstate Moving & Storage to move my belongings from California to Florida. The driver spent 2 days loading all my belongings into a Penske rental truck. Then he drove off on 01/07/2022 and never delivered our belongings. MB Transportation has been evasive in telling us what is going on. They told us they made contact with the driver's brother and he said he would tell us where the truck is located for $5000. I don't believe this brother exists and I think MB Transportation is involved. Penske is looking for their stolen truck. We have asked MB Transportation to make a police report and they have not done that as far as we know. We made police reports but they don't seem to be doing their jobs. MB Transportation has stolen our belongings, our lives, and is not accepting any responsibility or doing what they should to find the driver and have him arrested. I'm afraid that all our belongings have been sold or thrown into dumpsters and we have lost all our irreplaceable personal items. MB TRANSPORTATION STOLE ALL OUR BELONGINGS and are hiding behind the contract. The contract gives them the power to steal everything. How can they do business like this? Is this legal? The driver's name is Gilbert T***** and after finding out his name we found he has a record for theft. I want ALL my belongings delivered.
