    My sister and I hired this company to move my items from Dallas to Palm Springs. Upon arrival to me in Palm Springs I noticed my leather couch missing. I asked the movers and they informed me that no couch was with the items when picked up. My sister called and spoke with Kenny and he said there was no couch. As I unpacked I noticed my Yeti ice chests and bowie knife collection missing so I called Kenny myself. Kenny told me there was no couch and my sister gave the ice chests to the movers. My sister did not give anything to the movers and this was totally false. I let Kenny know that this was not true and we had picture of the items including the missing couch. Two of the three ice chest were in the pictures so they were returned but unfortunately the third ice chest wasn't in a photo so it's no mystery why it never reappeared. My couch popped back up a month later.....the couch Kenny swore up and down didn't exist and made me out to be someone trying to rip them off. I have since bought a new couch and now don't have anyplace for my old couch and Kenny in a very rude manner wants to know if I want the couch or for him to just throw it away? They get caught red handed stealing from people and then treat you like you are the problem.

    I had a horrible experience with this company. I moved from Houston to Florida. Items first placed in Dallas warehouse from first moved and company returned for second move and items placed on 18- wheeler. Items then moved to Florida and placed in 10×20 locker. Inquiry made about a scooter. Assured scooter in one of the boxes. I remained with movers until locker loaded. Another moving company hired to move items from locker. I am with all movers as truck unloaded. Now I have unpacked items from truck( again watching as truck unloaded) nothing left on truck. As I am unpacking 60-70 boxes; about 50 wardrobe boxes I am devastated that about 1/3 of my most valuable or brand new items are missing. The 2nd set of movers a small company and I know all items were loaded from storage and unloaded to my home. Somewhere between Houston and Florida 1/3 of my valuable items are missing: 2 4&5 ft Egyptian Vases, child's scooter, exercise equipment( rower, slantboard), computer, printer, 2 sewing machines, broken dishes( not a big deal). New Destiny claims no responsibility because I hired a small local company to empty storage. I knew nothing was left on truck. Storage completely clean. Missing items were never in storage. My items left Houston and never made but to my house. This was a $15,000 dollar move and my most valuable items are gone. Never, ever had I had this disaster of a move. I will video all items in the future. Plus company said because I didn't check each box off of inventory loss was my fault. What 60-70 boxes as a Senior citizen as I tell loader where to place items? I will not ever use this company again! Such a tremendous loss. Heartbreaking!

    We apologize for your bad experience
    But as we discussed over the phone , New Destiny provided you with an inventory sheet , this inventory sheet is being created for the customer and the company to make sure all items arrive to destination with no expectations.
    The items you have listed were all boxed up and listed on the inventory . Your shipment was loaded to a truck and you received a direct delivery within a few days
    On delivery date all your items were offloaded from the truck to a storage unit and you signed and approved that everything listed on the inventory sheet had arrived.
    Three months after we completed the delivery you called our office claiming that you missing items.
    At first you told us that your storage manager confirmed that your storage unit were empty after a different moving company you hired to complete your move left
    Meaning you were not present at all during this second move and witch you had no supervision on
    You are saying that you were present but it is not what you told us
    This company that you hired had no inventory list and it is most likely that they are responsible for your missing items

    I asked company how would I have known what was in each box unless I opened each box? Response there was an inventory sheet. I have an inventory sheet. Carbon copies that are unreadable. Inventory shows No box numbers. This inventory list is a scam. I am willing to mail evidence!
