    I SPOKE TO ************** VIA ***** ABOUT MOVING ME FROM ********** ***** TO ****** ***. I LET HIM KNOW THAT I HAD A 75 INCH ** MOUNTED TO THE **** THAT I NEEDED MOVED, CLOTHING ,BEDROOM SET BOXES, AND TUBES. ************* STATED THAT THEY COULD UNMOUNTED THE ** AND MOUNT FOR **** BUT I STATED THAT I WAS LEAVING THE ** MOUNT AND ONLY TAKING THE **.WE AGREED ON THE MOVE DATE OD 10/27/2023 AND HE WAS SENDING THE I NVOICE AS WELL AS THE ***** INFORMATION FOR ME TO SEND THE DEPOSIT OF ***** THEN ON 10/22/2023 I LET HIM KNOW THAT I ALSO HAD A LIVING ROOM SET ON 10/27/2023 THE MOVE DATE WHEN TRUE MOVE REACHED MY LOCATION AND MOVED MY ITEMS INTO THE APARTMENT MY AUNT AND UNCLE WAS IN THE APARTMENT WITH TRUE MOVES WHEN THEY BROUGHT IN MY 75 INCH THAT I HAD JUST GOT LESS THAN 5 MONTHS PRIOR. MY AUNT (******) ASKED ************************* WHAT WAS THOSE MARKS ON MY ** BECAUSE THEY WAS NOT THERE WHEN YOU MOVED THE ** FROM THE HOUSE IN **********. ******** STATED NOTHING AT THIS TIME ****** ASKED HER HUSBAND TO PLUG THE ** IN TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT. WHEN THIS WAS DONE YOU COULD SEE THAT THE ** SCREEN HAD SEVERAL CRACKS. AT THIS POINT *************************** LOOKED AT THE ** AND SAID HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.HE TOOK THE MODEL UMBER AND STATED HE WAS GOING TO TURN IT IN TO HIS INSURANCE. I WAS PROMISED A SAFE PROFESSIONAL MOVE, WITH PROPER PROTECTION WHICH DID NOT OCCUR. MY 75 INCH WAS DESTROYED, MISSING 2 CERAMIC ELEPHANT PLANT STAND MISSING, CLOTHING AS JUST IN DISARRAY, SCREWS WAS LEFT IN MY SOFA THAT HAD DAMAGED THE ****** I PAID THE COMPANY ****** FOR A JOB THAT WAS NOT DONE PROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE CONSTANTLY CALLING AND TEXTING FOR RE[PYMENT FOR MY MISSING AND ************************************** TRUE MOVE SERVICE GUARDIANSHIP. I WAS TOLD NY ******** THAT HE WAS GOING TO WRITE THIS OFF IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE REIMBURSE WHICH TO THIS DAY 10/22/2024 HAS NOT HAPPEN.
