I regret hiring this moving company. They arrived 2.5 hours AFTER I had been told to expect them when I called the day before to confirm the arrival time.The movers dropped and damaged a piece of exercise equipment, broke a family heirloom, and left scratches on the floor and walls not to mention cracking stone patio stairs. The movers were kind but unprofessional and the management did not respond to the damage claim.

When people do people dirty ,I don't care how much money they take from customers. KARMA will come back to you.So good luck with that.This company prides them self on being veterans helping the community with there moving needs.The sales lady makes them sound affordable vs other moving companies .But when you give them your card number that's when the drama starts.If a custo.er pays a deposit on anything you will think the price of the move will decrease.Nope not with these so called veterans.They will overpriced you ,overdraft your account and leave you feeling like you was scam .And the scammers were in your home at that moving your items.Its a sad world and even sadder that this company is continually getting over on people.

They will charge your card for a higher amount than quoted. When you ask about the cost, they will tell you to call another person. I'm calling my bank first thing in the morning. They are scammers. The lady ***** is rude after you sign the agreement. They were 2.75 hours late and had to call them. Original balance was $290. They charge $590. Please do not use this company.

I will echo most of the reviews here. If I could do a negative star that wouldn't be enough. Story is too long, but here's the cliff notes. I had *** and his crew lead come out for a heavy one of a kind piece. Asked him if he could do the job and if there was possibility of any damage as we just bought and had nice hardwoods and just painted. Was told only minor touch up of paint at best. One of the worst decisions I made in a long time. *** overcharged me on the job, took the money up front. His crew destroyed my piece and created over $6,000 worth of damage to walls, floors etc. They didn't even moving the piece! Still kept my money and didn't offer one ***** for all the damage. STAY AWAY. This company are crooks!

I am only giving 1 star because zero was not available. Our mover for our pool table fell thru so we went to ****** and found the crappy company. We advised ***** that we needed the pool table taken down, moved and put back up, she advised no worries we can do that. The movers arrived and stated that they can take apart and move it but could not put it back together. I called ***** and told her that was not what she stated and she said she will locate someone to put together, well she lied. I put down a $150 dep and agreed to the $375 to be taken out after the job is complete. Well before the table was loaded ***** charged my card another $675. She assured me it was an accident and will get it refunded, well she did. SHOCKER! I have emails and recorded conversations trying to get this taken care of and with no response from the company I disputed with my back. Then 4 days after the move the make a false final bill that my bank got before I did. On this fake bill they over $200 to drive 11.6 miles. I am still trying to get my money back but all they wanted to give me was $100 but only if I removed my review. I advised them that was unacceptable! Do not use this company ***** and *** should be in jail for theft! YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS COMPANY!!! I have all documentation proving what I am saying!

Black Hawk Moving came through for me. I was in a bind and they were amazing. The original movers I had hired were not showing up. I called Black Hawk the and they came out and moved me that same day. They worked so hard and were so kind. I am so grateful for them for helping me last minute. I highly recommend!

These ppl are scammers. They authorized your card, and continue to charge your card while the service is being completed. Then they lie about the start, and finish time of service. One of the movers came with his dog. He had the dog in the truck most of the time, but had to let it out to use the restroom. In which the storage company addressed him about the dog using the restroom on the property. The mover then picked up the dog mess, and placed it in the truck. So now the truck smells with my furniture in the back of the truck. I also caught this same mover doing tiktok dancing videos while he was supposed to be moving my furntiure. Remember I'm paying by the hour. I called and complained, and they did nothing. They charged me 1k for a five hour move. They charged me ****** just to drive 4 miles from my storgae unit to my home. Then after the service, the other mover became upset that I no longer had a tip to give them since his employer scammed me out of 1k for the service which ate up their tip. That same mover texted me after hours sending me his cash app info for a tip. I reported all of this and the moving company did nothing. Please do not use these ppl.

We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment with no appliances being moved. The move took approximately 8 hours We moved to a location approximately ***** mins away. . With us having to unload the truck at the end even calling a friend to come help. They were very slow and not knowledgeable on moving or packing a truck. The movers fought verbally, cussing and yelling racial slurs at one another. Leaving us feeling threatened and not safe during the entire move. .One mover made frequent breaks to the moving truck and would return wild eyed and amped up. At one point he had a white substance on his nose.Our furniture was not packed properly and damaged during the move. The owner has been combative on our claims and after 6 months finally sent an email stating they wont credit us for any damages. We have a hole in the back of a dresser where it was punctured during the move due to the lack of packing knowledge used. During the move I called to state my concerns and was met with the answer it takes less time to unload. Upon completion we asked to speak to the manager, he called but after they had run the full charge on our credit card and stated he apologized for our horrible experience and was sure the owner would credit us back for damages and the lack of professionalism used. Unfortunately, after months of back and forth the owner did not honor his business advertisement and we want to warn others. Dont pay to move yourself and have them break and soil your furniture .

Worst experience. I was quoted $450 for 2 movers, 2 hours, travel, and supplies to wrap furniture. They charged me 4 times for a total over $1,000. I requested a refund via email for the additional charges as I did not get what I paid for. They have not resolved this issues. I hired two movers to help me move my one bedroom apartment less than one mile. One of the two movers could not lift the larger/heavy items. We had to help lift/ move, the exact reason I hired movers in the first place. One mover moved boxes from my apartment onto the landing (about 15 feet distance) blocking the landing for neighbors to get through (a safety hazard) while the other did all the moving to the truck. It took them ************************************************************************************************* my complex. When we got to the new apartment, one hardly carried anything in and the other did almost all the work, bringing items up to the apartment. This made the move take more than three times as long as it needed to because one of them did 90% of the work. They got my couch stuck in the door and damaged the doorframe. I directly asked three times for them to call a coworker to come help lift the items the one was unable to, they would not call for support. I called multiple times but it was after hours and no one answered. This issue has not been resolved as they quit responding to my emails. I do not recommend.

Movers took food and beverages without permission. The crew refused to move my ** after moving it down to the garage saying it would not fit, with plenty of room. Heard them arguing in the garage amongst themselves before coming to tell me this story that they could not take it. I had to go back to my old residence because as they packed themselves up at my new place, I was being told I need to move the ** they left behind myself. After this seeming very suspicious, I got back to my old residence and plugged the ** in to find that it was cracked and no longer viewable. My claim has now taken 112 business days without any communication and with all the negative reviews all over the internet on their reimbursements of pennies on the dollar, I'm assuming my claim will be treated with no better respect for their employees terrible performance. I'm beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism of a company responsible for handling the personal items of so many customers.
