      Horrible service and THEY ARE A SCAM. I am so worried now about receiving my items. Highend movers took all my stuff and my downpayment, has not called me after, has not been in touch about the 70% payment, the dispatcher's number keeps going to voicemail and it's been silence on their end. I keep calling their office and they give fake promises that I will hear from the dispatcher. I believed the fake positive reviews about this company and now I'm realizing how right the other "negative" reviews are. They are treating me the exact same way and not returning my calls or getting in touch with me when they say they will. I am planning on suing this company. PLEASE BELIEVE THIS REVIEW AND DON'T GET SCAMMED.

      Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, really bad about returning phone calls, could care less about your comments or concerns. DEFFENENTY NOT WORTH THE MONEY !!!!! Should have rented a truck, and drove it myself.

      As I type this I pass the 10-minute mark on hold with customer service at High End Movers. High End Movers is anything but -- they accepted our move from Denver to Chicago and agreed to (1) match any other legitimate offer and (2) deliver within 15 days. They did neither. They refused to match a lower offer because it came from someone who "farms out" the trucking -- even though HEM does exactly the same thing. More problematic is that it is now day 17 and HEM still hasn't scheduled a delivery. We have talked to them each of the last 3 days -- at first they told us that our load had been dispatched and that the driver would be in touch. No driver has yet to call us. Yesterday they told us that was mistaken, that the load was in a warehouse -- first in Dallas, then in Denver, and they did not have a delivery date. We were promised yesterday and again today that a supervisor would call us. We are still waiting for that call. I've now been on hold for 15 minutes -- I was just told by "customer service" that a supervisor would call me back. When I asked what # the supervisor would call i was told they were not certain. I am holding for the supervisor now -- who, i'm guessing, will never pick up the phone. Don't use High End Movers. They are brutally unreliable and their "guarantee" isn't worth the electrons it takes to type.

      We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the customer may have experienced. It is never our intention for our customers to be less than satisfied with our services.

      The customer was asked what date will be the first available date they will be ready for delivery. The customer stated 07/20/21. From that date, we have up to 30 business days to attempt the delivery of the shipment. We will not guarantee a date for delivery unless a dedicated truck was requested and paid for. We must take into consideration road conditions, weather, and mechanical issues that can affect truck routes. Although we work very hard to meet our customers ' requested pick-up and delivery dates, it is not always an option for a variety of reasons which makes the logistics of the moving industry complicated and unpredictable. The customer was advised that the average delivery time is 1-14 days and that our contract states we have up to 30 business days to deliver the goods

      Per federal and state regulations carriers must not pay any claims voluntarily unless filed in writing within the time limits allowed by law and after filing requirements have been met. Therefore, we must refer all our customers to file a claim with our 3rd party claims company CSI so that it can be reviewed and addressed in a timely manner. We have contacted CSI and initiated a claim file to allow the customer to file a claim as required by the law. On 08/05/21 the customer was registered in their system and emailed the login credentials and information required to properly file a claim. Once the delivery is completed, the customer will be able to log in to their online account and file a claim.

      For further assistance with filing claims the customer may contact CSI directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX or via email at ******@CSIPros.org. The customer should provide Claim ID #XXX-XXXX when contacting CSI.
