    *********************************************** Moving Company ("TMMC") agreed to provide packing, moving and storage services while I completed a remodel for my home. TMMC was supposed to wrap and pack my items, box items, label boxes, move boxes to a storage unit (which they selected and contracted with directly), store my items in a climate controlled environment until my home was ready for my items to be moved back in. I had some issues with TMMC during the rental period as well I was unhappy with the way they stored some items in part of my home that was not being remodeled, so I elected to not use TMMC to move my items back into my home. When I arrived at the storage unit and began removing items from the storage unit, I noticed that the items were packed terribly (boxes crushed, items damaged, items seemingly thrown in the storage unit haphazardly, etc.). As I proceeded, I noticed that there were items that were not mine that were being stored in my storage unit. As I began to unpack and place items in my home, I noticed that many of my items were missing. I also noticed that many of my items were damaged, boxes were not labeled, boxes were crushed due to being only partially packed, items in boxes were not wrapped, etc.I contacted TMMC and they interacted with me in the beginning, but after it became apparent as to the magnitude of the damage and the inescapability of the potential liability of TMMC, they stopped responding to me.

    SCAMMERS....... BEWARE............They left quite a bit of our items back at our old home during the move i.e. grill, bookshelf, table, plant, pictures, home decor and more. They never did a final walk through! When I contacted them about it, I was told that they didn't see these items, and they do not take loose items. I asked the owner how is a grill and a bookshelf a loose item? I was going back and forth with the owner ***** for days and all I heard was excuses. There was never any accountability for him or his team. Actually, he had the audacity to blame us saying we didn't tell them that these things were going. They did go back the next day to retrieve our items left behind but is charging us an additional $500 to do so. We told him that we are not paying this fee as it is their fault for leaving our items behind in the first place with the initial move that I paid for.On top of my items being left behind they also damaged walls and the stairwell at my old home. When moving our items into our newly built home they damaged our doorframe and expensive front door. I had to ask them where are the floor mats that should be laid out all around the home and carpets? I was told that they didn't have them because they were in another truck. They muddied up the carpet in the front room and there are black marks on our walls. My daughters tv is broken, along with the cord damaged on our refrigerator because they were not properly secured/covered. This turned out to be a nightmare. To top it all off at first ***** stated that he would repair, replace and fix the damaged items but now, because we refused to pay him the additional $500, he is refusing to do anything. I told him that this is not how business works and we are going to have to take other measures. I can go on and on about the negligence and ignorance of this situation. I noticed from other reviews that he has done the same to other people. DO your research because THIS was a lessoned learned.
