I placed an order with Lone Star Percussion for new cymbals (musical instruments) on May 2, 2022 in their ****** store. As part of this order I traded in old cymbals for credit to be applied to this order. Lone Star Percussion had a program where you could give them old or broken cymbals as a trade in on a purchase for new cymbals. I ordered a total of $1,199.91 worth of new cymbals, which were not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufactures. I handed over old cymbals in return for $597.97 in credit on this invoice. This left me a balance of $601.94 plus $98.99 in tax for a total of $700.93 that I paid out of pocket. I have never received any of the cymbals I ordered, nor a refund of the amount I paid, and there is no way to get my old cymbals back. I made many calls and emails to Lone Star Percussion during the summer and fall and got a lot of "well they are ordered but they are coming in a big shipment later" and other excuses like this. Eventually they stopped answering my emails or calls. Come to find out that Lone Star Percussion closed earlier this year with no communication what so ever about unfulfilled orders.

I ordered an item from their website and it has not arrived. They charged me $44.94 with an email confirmation. The order number is SO-******. I tried calling and emailing and there is no response.

********** My daughter ordered drum sticks back in June 2022. She never got the order and when she emailed them about it, she got the run around and they never refunded her money. She is only out about $20, but this company ghosted her. The phone number says their office is closed. Looks to me like they went out of business and kept the money. I need a resolution.

I ordered percussion equipment from Lone Star Percussion. The order is for my school, but I paid with my personal credit card. I've done this in the past, and the school reimburses me. I give this detail just to make it clear that Lone Star owes ME money, not the school that I work for. Anyway, after placing the order and charging the order to my credit card, a friend told me that the company had gone out of business, and I should not expect to receive the order. I've tried reaching out to their customer service email, but received no response. I tried their phone number, but their outgoing voicemailbox has a message that the store is "closed today." I've tried this three days in a row this week. I don't expect them to complete the order, but I don't understand how a business can accept money from paying customers, tell them items are back-ordered, and just keep their payment. I would like Lone Star Percussion to remove the charge from my credit card and cancel my order, but I have been unable to reach anyone to get this taken care of. Order Placed: Wednesday, Oct. 19, 1:40 PM. Order #: #********* Total: $287.23

Lone Star Percussion has shut down without any explanation or warning. I made an order to the company on September 13, 2022, and have never received the order. The sticks I ordered were placed on backorder, but I have attempted multiple times to contact the company for an update, to no response. In addition, several other educators I am mutuals with have made large orders from the company, and since they have shut down the orders will never be filled or refunded. It is extremely frustrating because their website is still up and running; you can place an order, but you will never get it. It is extremely unprofessional and dangerous on their part, and they need to either explain themselves or issue refunds, as well as have their website shut down to prevent further harm.

Orders were made to this business November 2021 and September 2022 and there has been no contact from them since. Phone line says that the store is close for the day. Is the business closing its doors? There are many rumors on social media but no statement or anything from the business. It looks like it is still accepting orders but they still have other orders they need to fulfill. Are customers getting money back or items ordered?

We ordered a product from them over 1 year ago. It was originally back ordered with deliver in about 6 months. Now it has been pushed back past one year. Now they are not returning messages of answering the phone. We are missing the Pageantry Innovations DK-20 Drum Set Field Cart. Because this was a special order, we had to pay in full up front. This business had been around forever! The rest has been delivered but about 6 months ago. I fear they have closed up shop. Please advise. Thanks

On October 7th, I placed order ********** with Lone Star Percussion. I spent 94.47 dollars on equipment. Two weeks ago or so I emailed Lone Star to ask what the status of my order was. There was no response so I called them. I was held on hold for an hour and a half. I was not able to leave a voicemail as well. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the company through email and phone calls. No responses have been given within that time. I do not know what is going on with the business but there are multiple other customers online complaining about the same thing.

I placed an online order on September 1, 2022 with order number *********. The items ordered had no indication that they were on back order, but I received an email after placing an order letting me know that they were. This wasn't an issue, as I understand supply chain issues that are still ongoing. However, I have made numerous attempts by phone and email over the past two weeks to get a status on the order, and I can't reach anyone. No one picks up the phone and no one answers emails. This purchase was made for a high school music program that's currently in the middle of the season, and the educational process is being impacted because we don't have the equipment that was orderded. I would like either: 1) A status update on the items in the order, as well as a RELIABLE contact where I can obtain further updates if the items will be in stock soon. 2) The ability to cancel the order and a full refund so that I can place the order elsewhere.
