******** came out to do some home networking work on February 18th, 2022. He completed the work fairly well with one moderate issue that he reduced the total cost for. He said he was going to provide labeling or a list of all the network ports and what they connected to, but he failed to provide that. One of the network connections he set up seems to not have been done correctly because it's providing Full Ethernet connectivity instead of Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. I was planning on getting some more work done, so even though I paid in full I didn't press the issue and was going to wait for him to come back. He was scheduled to come back on May 12, and I had talked to him on the phone a few days before that to confirm. May 12 came and went, and I have not heard from him since. I have reached out 20+ times over email, text, and phone call in the past few months, but he has never responded. Previously, he had been slow to respond, but it typically only took a week or two for him to get back to me. I saw that his website recently changed its name, but I am still unable to reach him. I would like for him to provide the list of network connections and to fix the faulty connection. I also have additional new work I would like to pay him to do, but I can take that business elsewhere if he does not want to do it.
