    I had submitted my information inquiring about a specific vehicle, stating I am from out of state and looking for a 2021 F150 Platinum 6.5ft bed which they had one that almost met my needs 6+ months ago. They have continued to call me even though I have repeatedly explained to them that I no longer wish to be contacted by them and that if a vehicle that fits my needs comes across their inventory, I will reach out. The continue to call me.

    They dont value their customers when it comes to the service department they just want to get all the money they can from you so their paychecks and bonuses will be high or something. I went in for a diagnostics and according to them thats not a service. So straight up lying. If you go on their website the company says they will price match competitors so I called Toyota ****** and they said $165 for diagnostics Toyota of dallas charged $200. Service Manager said they dont price match diagnostics because its not a service. They are a joke. Dont get your car serviced here. The only thing I cant complain about is the free shuttle but its not worth the $200 they charge for them to say I need a new transmission on my barely 60k truck. Plus they didnt even go into detail about which specific part of my vehicle was failing. Im going across the street to the other dealer where they send you video and pictures of what they are doing to your car during service. They have better service and pricing anyways. Yall should close yalls service department. Its no good except for a couple decent people that work there. Yalls service is horrible.
