    On November 18, 2022, the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), sent a Warning Letter to Dr. Raymond L. Venter, CEO of RoyalVibe Health Ltd. The FDA warned Dr. Venter that his business was found to be in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 321(h), for selling adulterated devices intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent many serious health conditions.

    The FDA noted the following devices are advertised in violation of the FDA Act: RoyalVibe Bioresonance Focused Ultrasound Generator, Envirovibe Water Restructuring Pad, CellQuicken Analyzer, Therapy Balls Spine Alignment, BrainVibe Neuroplasticity Program, and the RoyalVibe Application.

    Additionally, FDA notes that the business "denied and/or limited an inspection of" the company's establishment where the firm's devices are processed, packed, and/or held.

    In response to the FDA letter, on July 7, 2022, the business indicated it "will cease offering the RoyalVibe products for sale in the United States" until it complies with FDA regulations.

    06/28/2024 - 9.99$ @ 10:53pm 07/06/2024 - 26.99$ @ 10:54pm They promised to provide mental health care for a week trial for 1.00$. After the first week if used they would then charge the 9.99$ for the rest of the month. They charged me the 9.99 the same time they charged me the 1.00. If services are unused they state they will automatically discontinue my account and not charge, but they still charged me the 26.99$ for the month of July. I've been trying to contact someone to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the services they charged me for but I never received. The phone number their site provides just goes to voice mail and anything dealing with logging in to my account via web browser or app, I keep being told something went wrong.

    My dad experience pain from using the royal vibe machine. Dad stopped using the machine very soon after it arrived. I have asked the company to get in touch with me so I can return the machine. No response. They scared me with emailing me a cancelation form, showing that will cost me cancelation fee...etc. before reaching the 12 months of using the royal vibe. The form also says if i dont return the machine it will cost me $ 15 000. The machine took 3 months to arrive by the way, and i had to pay for this 3 X $800.00 We have used it only a month or so. They are in ************, every call, every appointment is delayed and no customer service what's o ever. I have had enough from them. Please do not give them any money. They have a lawyer to scare you that they will do something to you if you do not pay. Forget about this stuff....we are paying close to 10 000, we haven't even seen a doctor or got helped.....All i want is to return the machine and they are not communicating because they need money badly.

    To Whom It May Concern, With regard to Case # ******** - opened by ***** *******. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have sent several emails to the client over the past few days to resolve the client's query. An appointment was set for a call, and the call was made, but the client did not answer. We followed up with emails and further calls which were also not answered. We only receive emails stating that we are not reaching out, but clearly, the client is not reading her emails. We are trying to resolve this with the client, and still await a time for the next call to be made. Thank you and kind regards.
