I have been using this site for a while and some shortcomings have improved but your non-existent customer service is almost elder abuse. I was chatting with a few people and suddenly received a message that I must pay to see my messages. I tried for quite a while to see my subscription status to no avail. This occurred in the past and I had months before my subscription was over but how do I tell now? There was no warning. You know you have me in a situation to pay up or lose my contacts. After paying for my subscription, I was unable to log into my account. *** tried resetting my password and received an error message stating that my account was blocked. Then I tried contacting the ************************ but with no success. Up till now I have not received any feedback from the ************************. This website is a scam and I would like to cancel my subscription and any pending payments effective immediately.Review from larry l

Ourtime IS a complete scam. They took my money and failed to unlock/verify my acct because i have a land line and not a mobile device. **************** refused to answer my e mails and of course refused to refund my money despite providing all the date they requested and multiple efforts on my part to get the situation resolved--my advice-- use any dating website you want to but stay away from OURTIME and MATCH, they are one and the same.Review from Marie M

Complete Scam. It deserves a zero. You set up a profile and then it becomes hijacked within days. A blocking password is set up so you can't get back into your own profile. You set it up for a 25 mile radius and you get bombarded with "likes' and comments from people in ****** and all over the U.S. They pay no attention to your specifications and there is no way that works to get in touch with anyone from customer service. You are trapped in a loop of no response from any direction... phone number, email requesting a new password that never sends you a link, website etc. There is no response . But they will keep billing your credit card even after you get a new card. They will claim it is part of subscription service and find their way to your new card.Review from Marcia H

Horrible experience. I have been trying to get in contact with them for days on a paid account and have been unable. I am a paid subscriber only to not be able to use the account due to something that says verify your account, Once I try to use the number to verify it says that they can not verify. I've sent it to customer care to no avail.... I need to cancel my autopay but can't get in the account to do so. Please don't waste your time.Review from Melany B

Absolutely terrible!! No way to contact ******* to complain about site not working. If you send an email it won't go through. Same subscriber/profile keeps coming up no matter who you click on. Several of the profiles on subscribers are exactly the same with a different picture, like a cut and paste. You continually get matches that are hundreds of miles away or have other qualities that you have specifically stated you don't want.Review from KIMBERLY T

Don't waste your time and money. i joined but cannot get into the site. They advertise that if you want your code sent to your email or phone to indicate, to double verify it is you. Well they never send it to my email so I can't get in. My phone is not charging now so I can't get it from there I noticed the same people are on this site who were on it a year ago when I first tried it, questionably authentic. Many of the women never responded after i made the first contact. Practically, all of the women lived 75 to ******************************* other states.The site cannot be reached by phone which is disconnected. This site run by people media has several other sites which i am sure are just as bad. I spent money to try and meet someone. I am a senior person and i believe that the photos and info of many of the women are fraudulent or no longer active. This site is a total waste of money. There is no-one to cancel or to try and receive a refund.Review from Monica R

Our Time should be renamed " Waste of Time." I have been a paid member since January 2023 and have not had a connection with one decent male. I am in my 60s, look much younger, take care of myself and I am very attractive. I have written to dozens of men, but never get a response, because they are no longer active on the site. I zoomed in on many photos and some were dated as far back as 2011. There also were many Kodak snapshots posted, meaning the photos were taken before Smartphones became popular in 2010. Our Time keeps up photos of attractive older men to lure you in. But there are very few decent men actually on line. Some men who have contacted me look like rapists and ex-felons. The BBB really needs to look into this. It's disgraceful how Our Time is ripping people off. I complained about this to customer service, and they did not seem concerned. Please investigate.
