I'm not at all happy with this company. This is my first attempt at getting my life saving medication at an affordable price. But 8 days later, after the prescription was verified and I paid for the prescription, 8 days later, the company cancelled my prescription. What? It takes 8 days to figure they need to cancel? What? Unbelievable! I'll now have to ask family members to please donate some money so I can get this valuable medicine. Also, I'll have to find a more reliable prescription pharmacy as well.Thanks but no thanks for the frustration.***** SReview from Patrick P

I am a practicing nurse practitioner in the ********* ******* area and have been promoting your online pharmacy since it's onset. Thank you ****, you have made many a patient happy about the savings regarding their medications especially when they have to chose regarding food versus medications. I have more than once had to dig into my own pocket to make sure this wouldn't have to happen to them or their family but your pharmacy has helped tremendously. My doctor sent my prescriptions on a Tuesday. I contacted Cost Plus Drugs 26 hrs later to check on status. Because of a discrepancy in my name the order was hung up in their system. The customer service rep was nice & was able to push it thru that same day. But then it took another 3 days to get filled. After paying for expedited shipping, my prescriptions are expected to arrive in 4 more days - a total of 10 days from start to finish. Inefficient so will be transferring over to Amazon. Hi *****,I am sorry to hear about your experience with your prescription intake. After an order is placed it can take 3 business days (M-F) to ship. Standard shipping is typically 5-7 business days and expedited is 3-5 business days.When your prescription has eligible refills, it will be available to order again when you have used 50% of your current refill/prescription supply. Things were going great up until recently! I can't get two prescriptions re-filled - they've been out of stock. There's no reply to emails, no update as to when they will be in stock. If you can't fill them can you transfer the scripts to a drug store I designate so I can get my medications??? I'm going to be traveling a lot in May, so I need to have them... I have utilized cost plus before for medications. Despite this, my provider sent in Rxs for two medications (both of which are listed), and I received two emails from cost plus informing me that I need to create a profile. The prices are great when you can get the medicine. I have a prescription that is constantly out of stock and has been for months. My doctor faxed a prescription to CostPlus on 4/11/2024. I signed in on the Costplus web page and I do not see my prescription. I never got an ***** from cost plus stating that my order has been confirmed or asking for any payment information.I can't tell if my prescription went through and I can't get any more information from any Costplus web page regarding how to check on this.I even have a paper prescription form which I printed out from the Cost Plus web page, but I don't know whether I need to submit the paper form, and how to do that.I'm not so sure about the organization and/or management of this program, so I think people should double-check EVERYTHING before they have their doctor ***** a prescription.Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company Response

I gave Cost Plus Drug company all the information they required and filled out prescriber cover page and took it to ***************** and they sent electronic prescription in as stated on cover page. Several days have gone by and I still don't see my order on there web site. They have no phone number to call and the only way you can communicate with them is through there Bot which is totally useless. I like that their price was $61.30. With insurance it would be $300 at my local pharmacy or $850 by mail order.I like that I asked my doctor to send the prescription on March 7 ans he did it immediately. I received a link to Check Out the same day. The next morning, I received an order confirmation. Later that day, I received an email stating that my order was processed for shipping. That night, I received a Shipment Confirmation with a link to track my order. My order arrived on the next business day even though I chose Standard Shipping I don't like being unable to anticipate or specify the generic brand of the medication. I often have preferences. I don't like having no access to a pharmacist if my doctor is unavailable.Review from Vickie H

Hi ****** - I see record of your orders on our side. It looks like when the pharmacist reviewed your prescription, the directions listed by your doctor were not clear. Our pharmacists are not able to dispense prescriptions if the directions are unclear, so they reached out to your provider for clarification. Unfortunately, the provider did not respond.
