      I wrote the company several times to inquire about the return of my $33.94 for an order that has been backordered since April 2023. I no longer need the order. In addition, I have tried several attempts to call the facility, but their voicemail is full and won't allow messages to be left.As listed on the order information attached, African Imports USA was supposed to refund my money if the item was not able to be shipped within ***** working days of the order placement. However, the funds were taken from my account on April 3rd, 2023 and never returned. As you can see on the attached, I never received the item, and the order is STILL in a pending status.I want my funds returned as the product was never shipped to me. I no longer need the item. I have also notified my bank of this erroneous charge. I do not believe this transaction should have taken place since the item was never shipped to me. Their website is very misleading when it says that they will refund the money if the item is unable to be shipped in ***** working days. We are well beyond that timeframe. I just want the money back for something that should have never been charged to my account. Thank you.Kind Regards,*****' ***********

      I placed an order on May 19th and was charged $490.99. The item was on back order and the company website states if delivery can not be made in ***** a refund will be issued. I am at day 24 and I have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone. Not by e-mail, phone or fax. Today I sent a written correspondence.

      I have been in constant contact with this company since December trying to get my money back. I used my debit card and placed the order by phone. The order was originally Christmas gifts. I have copies of emails sent to them. Also many many many phone calls only to keep getting the run around. Last contact with them I was told to contact my bank and have a charge back done. The bank will only do this as a dispute the first 60 days and as the bank stated it is up to the company to do what is necessary to refund this money to me. Also the phone number I have for them is different than the one you show. The one I call is ************. The last phone call I had with them was ***** 20,2023 at 3:40 pm. The man I have been speaking with is the same one that always answers the phone but never gives his name. Last call he hung up on me. I think this has gone on WAY TO LONG!! As I have told him all I want is my money back. Not my problem THEY couldnt get the merchandise. If you have any questions or need more information let me know.       On December 5, 2021, I placed an order totaling $305.74 through the companies website *********************. On December 13, 2021 at 13:44:47 the order was updated to "processing". Then on December 19, 2021 at 19:15:54, I received the following message - "We have just been informed by the vendor that your package may arrive a little bit after Xmas due to staff shortages and circumstances beyond our control. We sincerely apologize. Be assured that you will definitely receive your merchandise." I waited until January 4, 2022 at 10:13 am to contact the company via phone (*****) ********, the number provided on their website, for an update on the order. After not receiving a return call from the company I tried again on January 12, 2022. At which time I called (11:57 am) and sent an email (12:00) to the email address they provided for customer questions: sales@*********************. I again received no communication from the company. Then on January 22, 2022 at 2:39 pm I received an email stating that my order status had moved to "Shipped". However, on January 26, 2022, when I replied to the email asking for tracking information, I received a "mailer-daemon" stating that the email does not exist. I proceeded to email that original address asking for an update on my order by end of business. I understand that items have been delayed due to import delays however
