      I purchased a Realtree XD UTV 24V on 3/5 for my daughter . After less than an hour of use on 3/8 It kept stopping . I inspected it to see if it was battery and it was not. I kept looking and it was cutting in and out with pedal pressed. After finding that problem I noticed the right rear drive motor was also not working . I have called over 20 times during business hours. Left a voicemail (was stated I would receive a call within 1 business day) and on 3/11 I got a text asking for picture of receipt that I sent immediately and they asked for videos of the broken parts . Not sure how to send pictures of something thats broken and didnt operate. I responded on 3/11 and have heard nothing back . To no avail still waiting on a response while Im out $398.00 .To spend this kind of money and have no customer support is not acceptable. I now have a distraught 4 year old and a shiny new plastic lawn ornament.

      Two companies are involved, as Maisonette.com is an online marketplace. Please file the complaint under whichever company is necessary. Ordered a kids go kart for Christmas through maisonette.com. The go kart ships from Best Ride on Cars. The rear wheels of the go kart were missing on arrival. ********** tried to reach Best ride on cars multiple times with no response. I called best ride on cars multiple times, they never answered and finally texted me asking me what I wanted. Explained I was seeking the 2 rear wheels that were missing from my order. They referred me back to ********** saying they have to ship from their centers and stopped responding when I said Id be reaching out to BBB. ********** offered to send out a new shipment once they get the go kart with missing parts back. The go kart has now been fully assembled and took hours to do this and shipping it back isnt feasible when all that is needed is 2 rear wheels. This is a childs Christmas present. Being a week from Christmas, I had to order two wheels at $80 from a parts company to get them in time. Im seeking an $80 refund for the parts since the companies were uncooperative. Each company refers you to the other for assistance. Terrible customer service on both parties.

        Hello

      The ride on toy that we shipped to this consumer has a rear wheel come in a seperate box. So customer is suppose to originally receive 2 Boxes, which he only received one. Now ********** who is the vendor is aware of this and they send us label for only 1 box, as we ship ride ons using their labels. We ask them to generate one more label and the other box was delivered. How ever when the customer contacted us, we shipped the missing box on our account as well, so this customer has 2 of those boxes now, which means additional rear wheels for them. I have attached screen shot of ***** delivery with this. So it has been sorted on our end.

      Order number* 2000105-69708086 purchase date* 12/13/2022 Realtree XD UTV / 24V Ride on UTV $349.00 purchase price $34.00 3 year extended warranty I contacted customer service on 8/9/2023 because car will not hold charge was directed to * Best Ride on Cars . com ************- / ************ 8/10 I contacted **************** 8/10 response back from Nick * do a voltage test on battery.8/11 replied * voltage test showed battery fully charged.8/12 I responded * Everything else works except the battery holding charge.8/14 response* send address, send me a new control box.8/15 email back with tracking number for control box.8/24 I asked for update on control box 8/25 response* shipping department did not send out, will send out today.9/5 received the control box, STILL DOES NOT WORK.9/5 sent info to *********9/5 response * MIGHT be the motors and will send out for FREE. The motors are not in stock will be 3 to 4 weeks of wait.9/5 my response* I asked for another option as another month for my grandson not to be able to use this.9/6 response back **** * Checking on availability of part and will get back to me.9/8 I asked again for update.9/8 wait is still 3 to 4 weeks for part.9/13 I asked again for update.9/13 response back* still waiting on parts, this might take up to 3 to 5 weeks! Will keep you posted..If the motor is not the issue, what next?I am not happy with this process and would like to know if there is another option.I can return this item to my local ******* for either a refund or a new one. Waiting another month for a part that MIGHT work is unacceptable to anyone, never mind a child.

      I purchased a ride on vehicle on 5/16 and it was delivered on 5/20.We put the ride on together for my daughter and we noticed it was not fast. I put a *****ometer on the vehicle and found the max ***** was 4mph. The website says the ***** is 5mph. The sole purpose of me buying this was because it is a 24v and should go faster than my daughters 12v. It also should match the description. My daughter is 5 and weighs 40lbs. There is not a lot of weight in the unit to cause it to ride slowly. The seller is unwilling to send me a prepaid label to ship the vehicle back and the cost for me to ship it back given the size and weight is $475 because it has to go through freight shipment

      On 11/21/2022 I purchased the ***** CB300R 12V Battery operated motorcycle. I received the package on 11/28/2022. I got it out to put it together on 12/3/2022 and found there is no front axle anywhere. Without the front axle the bike is useless as I cannot connect the front wheel to the rest of the bike. For 3 days straight I have called both numbers related to missing parts posted on the website every hour with absolutely no answer. I have also emailed both emails posted on the website with no response. I left multiple voicemails requesting a callback related to a missing part on an order and have heard absolutely nothing.

      On 10/23/2021, I bought a Mercedes Ride On for my nephew's first birthday. I gave him the car today 11/21/21 for his party. He pressed buttons on the car and there's recorded messages on this toy that not suitable for a child or anyone for that matter. The messages sound demonic and are scary stores about heads being cut off, death, etc. the other children in the room became frightened as well. I am very disappointed and upset. This toy had great potential without the horrible recordings. I am asking for a full refund.
