I have been canning since I was ten . I purchase 32 cases of ball canning jars from ******t in the past year . Thought I was doing something wrong and then realized. All The new lids were the problem none of them will seal . I had to use older Ones I have a lot more receiptInitial Complaint

I ordered a canner from Denali Canning on 9-14-22. Their website said it would ship in 3-5 days. They have created a shipping label but the product has still not made it to UPS to be shipped. I emailed the company because nobody answers the phone--you get a voicemail message that states their mailbox is full. I received two emails from them. One assuring me that they shipped the product and the other with an apology for the delay but no assurance that the product was on its way. As of today per the tracking number given to me, this item still has not shipped!!Initial Complaint

I have been canning all week using ********************* but ran out. So I went to *** and they had more! But they were ***, a brand I had never tried before. I used them tonight, and half of the ones I used, came out of the canned all bulging around the rims. None of the other brands looked that way from the same group in the canner. These jars are obviously flawed and not as good as the main brands for a reason. Save your money! Spend a few more dollars, but don't loose your precious food!Initial Complaint

Bought pur canning jars and lids and 3 out of the first 6 didn't seal, same thing happened last year, so I won't purchase these again no matter if they are the only ones available, top much work n money involved to have it go bad.Initial Complaint

I bought two boxes of Choice Canning Lid and Band mouth canning rings and lids several weeks ago. The rings don't fit the Mason and Ball jars I have. I contacted their customer service some time ago and got no response. Not sure what to do next. Thanks.Initial Complaint

I opened a brand new pack of regular mouth Ball canning lids to find a compromised seal. The damage or flaw was easily detected with a visual inspection. I don't understand how a quality assurance inspector could have over looked such an obvious flaw. However, what really got me upset was trying to find a Ball customer service link. They must not like to hear customer complaints. They should be happy to hear about product deficiencies so they can nip it in the bud to protect their reputation. US inflation has made even the little things very valuable. So even one faulty lid is a great loss. I choose to pay more for the Ball name brand to get the best quality on the market. Should I start paying less for off brand canning products and just expect a few flaws?Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 dozen canning jars, flats and lids from ******* in the last 2 weeks. 22 of the 24 either did not seal or warped! I have contacted Anchor Hocking by email and Facebook, no response. I can't find a phone number for them. This is a major waste of my time, money and my produce!! Also is a food safety hazard. I have been canning for 30+ years and never had this issue
