Bought two pair of their "Pro" trailer brake kits that were supposed to come with Timken bearings and paid extra for the better bearings.. The bearings themselves that arrived were Timken, but the bearing races that are pre-installed in the hubs are cheap foreign knockoffs, which defeats the purpose of buying the "Pro" kits. When contacted, they just made smart comments by email that they never said it included the good bearing races. One of the brake drums is also badly out of round, which causes it to drag and run hot. Again, when contacted, they were blatantly untruthful, first claimed brake drums are manufactured out of round deliberately, then claimed they have been installing brakes since 1919 and there's no such thing as a defective drum, refused to warranty the part I had to buy another drum from a different company.Review from David O

Ordered a electric trailer brake package to include a Timken Bearing upgrade and extra $100. I received the hubs and brake assemblies in a timely fashion. I noticed that the bearing races were install already and found that the kit did include (1) Timken Seal, (1) Timken Outer Bearing, and (1) Timken Inner Bearing Set (which includes bearing and matching race). Anyone that knows anything about bearings and races knows that the bearing and races have to match. I contacted customer service and asked if the proper Timken Races had been pre-installed and was told no. I then informed customer service that the kit did not include the matching Timken inner race and asked that they send (4) Timken L44610 races to complete the kit. This was the response that I got:"We sell an upgrade kit with Timken bearings, not Timken bearings and races. Honestly, we have never received a complaint about it. We didnt get our parts the manager was rude and called me names. Didnt seem to care i needed my parts i paid for.

Damaged product due to improper shipping. Refused to replace it and stopped responding to emails.
