    Online ad showed instruction manual and parts (metal) of model V8 engine for assembly. What arrived was a molded plastic, single piece, that very roughly appears to be an engine. Three of the legs were broken off. It's a piece of junk.

    I just received a shirt white polyester-that has a stain on it right out of the bag. I either want credit or a replacement. I have attempted twice to resolve this with the company help site but they were not helpful.

    My complaint is the same as all the others complaining about receiving the fake Halloween teeth and not the silicone. They had a really nice video showing how the silicone works. All along they knew people was not going to get that. So yes they are scammers. They said return the product and they will give you a full refund, but they will not send a return label. Therefore you have to pay to send them back. 25% is not acceptable when you're stealing people money. It's not a coincidence that everyone problem with the silicone happens to be the exact same issue. After going round and round with 6 different customer service, I did receive a partial refund and the shipping cost is not included in the refund. I'm done with this company and I will leave a bad comment on anything I see they are selling.

    The order I bought and received was a High-Speed Wall Router. I connected it to my computer and I didnt get any wifi. The wall router is on but cant seem to get on internet from it. Id like any help to fix this issue or get replacement. Thank you.

    Ordered teeth gell for false teeth!! Did not recieve it. Reason for the delay is because I had back surgery & have been out of commission for awhile! Bad mistake on my part!! Please help if u can. Thank you...***** *******

    I purchased a shirt that came in with a very flimsy material. I requested a refund with return. They state I need to send it back .. to *******!! Such garbage. It will cost me more to ship it back than to keep it. Poor customer service. I believed I was buying from a US company. Liars

    I am rejecting this response because:   I did not buy this item from ******* and felt pressured to accept a partial refund or pay over $60 shipping to return the item to ********  I now want a full refund.

    I will return this product to a US address for a FULL refund

    The return address on the label is the distribution center of the carrier and we do not use the return service so it will be lost somewhere in transportation or shipped back to the customer if she/he return back to that address.

    We do have an R&D team and QA system in *******, and this is a place that we receive all returned items so they can investigate and do research to upgrade our product quality. Once we receive the return package, we will issue a full refund immediately.

    I ordered 2 OMRON non-invasive glucose meters on October 5, 2024 for $48.90. On October 18, I received two pulse oximeters. I contacted the company immediately to report the incorrect item received. On October 18, they responded telling me it was the correct item, which it definitely was not. I immediately responded that the item they sent measured blood oxidation, and I ordered an item to measure blood glucose levels. At. this time, I attached my invoice that clearly stated I was ordering OMRON non-invasive glucose meters. On October 19, I received a response from the company stating, "I understand your concern about the product labeling. I am afraid to say that this was the mistake of our marketing team in advertising this product as a glucose meter (we stopped producing the glucose meter a long time ago, however, the looks of these 2 products were quite similar so our marketing team was confused about it and made a mistake). In this case, I will claim our marketing team and ask them to fix it immediately." In this email, they informed me they would offer a 15% refund, and keep the product, or I could return the item at my expense to a warehouse in *******. This would cost a minimum of $17.80, and honestly, I don't trust the company to return my money after they received the return. I told them I would only return if they paid the postage. They sent their return policy that state they will only pay for returns if the item was confirmed to be missing or faulty. I told them I was missing the item I ordered. Each time they email me, I firmly state that I will accept nothing less than a 100% refund. They keep saying I need to understand they have costs. I will not pay for their mistake. They adjusted their offer for reimbursement from 15% on 10/19, to 85% today. They say this is their final offer, and it is not acceptable to me. Please help me receive my refund from this company. I don't think I should have to pay for a company's incompetencies. Thank you.

    Items received apparently from somewhere in ****. Crappy, cheap quality, doesn't look like the picture (misrepresented). I emailed & asked how I could return the item and was told it would cost a large amount to return to **** as they do dont have anywhere in the *** to return items so they could only offer a 10% refund or 30% credit to buy another piece of sub-par junk from the same company. apparently, the majority of the cost is for shipping costs, because it certainly isnt the product! No where did it say where the item was being mailed from and what their return policy would be. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY CALLED ********!! WE NEED TO STOP TRADE WITH CHINA! SAVE YOUR MONEY

    October 8th I ordered what was advertised as an Omron finger blood glucose tester. October 23rd I received a cheap oximeter. When I contacted them, they said it was a marketing error and offered 15% refund. I replied that I want 100% refunded, and to return the product at their expense. It feels like a bait-and-switch scam.
