I bought a RuK Solar Backpack from RuK enterprises. Returned it within the 30 day period via FedEx. Item was delivered o them and now they are refusing to refund me or return product, stating it was a demo purchase and final sale. No where in the email purchase receipt it states it's final sale. I have sent numerous emails and they never responded until I started commenting on their Instagram posts and my posts were deleted. They are refusing to return product or money back.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/15) */ This customer purchased an "open box" item at a 50% discount from regular price. Additionally, they used a discount code for an extra 15% off. This is a link to the purchase page with disclaimer that this item is not eligible for returns. ************************************************************** The customer returned the item to us, and then contacted RuK on Instagram THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, "**** *********" asking for a refund. Please see documentation attached. Facts to consider: 1. We were contacted by a person that was not the original purchaser of the product, "**** *********". 2. We made "****" aware that open box models are not eligible for return. 3. The customer returned the product at their own will. Had they inquired previously, we would have reminded them that "open box" models are not eligible for return (ergo the 50% discount) 4. We offered on multiple occasions to return the item, assuming they pay the shipping cost 5. Even if we were to break our own policy and provide a refund, we could NOT do this for a person that is not the person that made the original purpose. Being in the dilemma as described above, we offered to return the package to the person that purchased it pending they provide us a shipping label. We assumed this was the best way to ensure that the product went to the original purchaser OR if any refund was issued, it went to the original purchaser. Please see all documentation attached. We remain willing to return the item to the customer.
