I need to file a complaint and report a scam. We paid an Attendant to park, then received a parking violation. We sent the appeals department a copy of the receipt we received from the Attendant and a copy of the violation. The appeal was denied. The email offered us to pay an additional $25.00 per car and they would consider the violation paid. I spoke to someone who said they were a supervisor, *****, she offered to reduce the additional to $15.00 per car. I paid the extra $30.00, In total we have paid $50.00 for two cars to park at a restaurant downtown. I called to verify the two accounts were cleared and both violations are still showing as not paid. The lot at ********************* has a pay here scanner at the very top of a utility pole, not eye level at all. There is a long wait over an hour on the phone to speak to someone and no clear method to file a complaint. It is clear something should be resolved and I live in another state and not able to go into an office there in ******.Review from Cady M

As many others have said, this company is a scam. I was charged $65 because I went over my parking time by 14 minutes. An hour of parking was less than $20 and I had already spent over $37 parking there for 2 hours and 8 minutes (there was overlap because I couldn't add to my time). I reached out to them but they were not willing to resolve the issue. I was told that if I don't pay then this will effect my credit score. If you're looking for parking on South Congress in Austin Texas, do NOT park at the 108 W. Gibson lot.
