On January 30th, 2024, ************************************ and the companies they are associated with; Lone Star Asphalt, *** Asphalt Pros and Asphalt Advisors installed an asphalt ******** driveway at my residence. It has since needed warranty repair work as the pad and driveway have failed and never set up and hardened.I have been trying to get them back out to repair the work and they are not returning my calls and have failed to show up.My receipt shows they have a two year warranty for such repairs. I have since found out that their reviews are full of stories like this and that they are being called scammers. They are operating as three different companies and advertising across ******** Marketplace with the same phone numbers, pictures, advertising and promises. They need to be held accountable for deceiving the public and not upholding their stated warranties.

On August 31 2023 ******** Asphalt led by a guy named *************************** came to put crushed asphalt on my driveway. Supposed to show up at 2:00 but showed up at 6:00. By the time they finished it was getting dark and I couldn't really check out finished product. Next morning I see they had made a mess of my yard and driveway was crooked. I called ***** several times on his cell phone .and said he'd come back out but never did.So I started calling the number for ******** Asphalt and they claim not to know *************************** though I recognized his voice as ***** but he kept saying he was *************************. I asked for owner who he said was ******************************I asked to speak to him but when he came to phone also sounded like *************** me next time I needed 3 references so I wouldn't get ripped off. I can't believe there are scanners and thieves like this. Also when they were nearly finished ***** jacked up the price from $3900 to $4800 because he miscalculated. I made out 3 checks to ***************************. First for $2000 to buy the asphalt and then he asked me to make out one for $1900 and one for $900 which I thought was odd. Both times he was at my bank cashing them the next morning. They are all signed *************************** but yet no one knows this person now at ******** Asphalt. I am a new widow and don't have money to throw away on a bunch of lying thieves. Do not use this company!!

Lone Star Asphalt *****/***************************** Phone: ************** Secondary: ************** On 8/25/2023 the company ripped off our gate on the way out when moving their dump truck. They agreed to pay to fix the gate but keep dodging me. They say they will contact the fence contractor pay him but they never have. Now they are ignoring my attempts to collect for the gate repair. The other issue is that they quoted me for the job then halfway through demanded that I pay them 30% more or they would stop the job and not complete it as we originally agreed onsite.

On 11/17/2022, I paid Lone Star Asphalt $18,000 for a road with the promise of a 2-year warranty. The warranty is written on the invoice. They completed the job. However, after just a few months, the road began to fall apart. I've tried since 3/2023 to get them to honor the warranty. They've made numerous promises to show up and repair the road, but they've never shown up.Then, on 5/18/2023, I paid them $2,800 to install asphalt around our barn. I had hoped that would get them to show up (it did) and then do the promised repairs. However, they took payment before the job was finished and then never completed the job. Nor did they work on the repairs to the first job.For the next four months, I tried to get them to finish the second job and do the repairs to the first job. They've made numerous promises but failed to come through on all of them.

The transaction occurred on July 27, 2023. We paid a total of $7,800.00 to have ******** asphalt installed on two different driveways (the original price quoted was $6,300 and they said all of a sudden they had an increase in the asphalt they where receiving because it was coming from a different plant). They stated if ******************** asphalt was not installed correctly or we had issues with the asphalt separating or not bonding together to call them and they would come back out to seal driveways (they stated in the invoice they sent me they provided a two year warranty. I have called and texted them numerous times and no response. They have not many any attempt to address it. I called ******************** on Wednesday 8-2-23 (he did answer this time) and he asked if I could pour some diesel fuel on the areas not bonding together (I did try and did not work). I originally found their company on a ******** ad. I called/text several times from 8-3-23 until his response on 8-14-23. And as stated below has not responded since then. ************************* called me at 8 am on Monday 8-14-23 stating they are picking up a piece of equipment they needed to finish the job and would call the next day to schedule. It is now Monday 8-21-23 and still have not heard back. Have emailed, called and text and still no response. The number I have been reaching him at is ************. Unable to upload photos or short video of inferior product and unfinished work. I can try and supply at later time.

On April 6, 2023, at approximately 7:30pm, Lone Star Asphalt arrived at my next door neighbor's property to put in a paved driveway. They parked their dump truck with attached trailer carrying machinery on my property just inches away from the fence surrounding my yard. It was parked there, on my property, overnight. The next day, April 7, 2023, I asked four employees if the truck/trailer could be moved off of my property, as it was impeding traffic to and from the neighboring houses behind mine. I expressed that I did not want the truck/trailer on my property and that no one asked for permission to park it there. I was told they would not move it. The next evening after their work was finished, the asphalt company employees began packing up their machinery and materials. I heard loud truck engine noises that seemed out of place, so I went outside to discover that approximately 100 feet of my fence, that the truck/trailer had been parked next to, was completely destroyed. Several fence posts had been ripped out and were lying on the ground, and about 75 feet of chain link was in piles on the ground. I flagged down the workers, who were still loading up machinery, and they confirmed to me that the driver of dump truck/trailer had hit my fence and destroyed it while attempting to leave. One of the employees gave me their business card and told me to call the next business morning and we would get it sorted out. When I called and spoke to someone next business day, I was told to get three quotes and submit them and they would go from there. I submitted the quotes on April 17, May 2, and May 3, and have not heard anything back. I have been calling and leaving messages since May 3 but they will not return my calls. Lone Star Asphalt destroyed my fence and they need pay for it to be replaced like they said they would.

On February 28th this company came to do a driveway. Upon not finishing the project owners son wanted to be paid in full. They were given a check and said they would be back. Upon multiple attempts of them saying they would be back, he finally returned my call to yell and scream obscenities about my father and I. He threatened to come and destroy the gate and the work they did. his son's asked for more money through a online payment system and we refused now my front yard is absolutely destroyed. He is a fraud and his business should not be around to hurt others
