The people in the ******* location can't comprehend I need a Copy of the Loan Agreement all paper work so we can get this account paid off apparently the Employees like playing games can't get any information if you want to get paid I need this information, *************************Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I have no Paperwork sent or mailed to me or email I asked for Pay off information number to the Account nothing but games I stop paying because they tried to change the amount we agreed upon on a payment and tried to take more money that was agreed upon out my Account so I change my Banking account so they couldn't take more than agreed upon may) be I need to move forward with this issue with my AttorneyBusiness response

From November to present I have been charged late fees, even though I have started making month payments. I should have brought my account current, but because of late fee being added every month, it reflects on my credit report I have be 3 or 4 months dilenquent. I have never had anyone from company to explain why late fees are added every month, even though payments are being received monthly. The employees always says that's the way owner has account set up. I really think this is over charging customers, who may have fallen behind in a payment or two and these loan sharks take full advantage. I would just like to make sure there is no contractual hardship.Business response

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Convergent account LOAN EXPRESS #XXXXXXXXXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. I have sent multiple certified mail letters asking for validation and the method of how they validated multiple fraudulent and questionable items on my credit report and have not received back anything in over 35 days for these accounts that are clearly inaccurate and fraudulent accounts. This creditor is disregarding the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused a big stress on my life. My most recent certified letter I sent was 09/16/2021. Attached file is the letter and FTC I sent to them. I DEMAND that all the items are deleted and if action is not taken I will sue in small claims court in my city and the company will have to come and represent themselves.Business response
