      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ******** Roses, a company based in ******, ***** (******************************), regarding a recent transaction that has left me unsatisfied and financially disadvantaged.On February 22 and 29, 2023, I placed an order with ******** Roses for seven rose bushes of various sizes and types. The total amount charged to my credit card was $232.62 and $196.85 respectively. Despite repeated assurances of timely delivery, the items were never sent. They had contact with me and assured me they would send these with an email in September. Despite this, I feel like they were dragging this down the road to go outside of 1 year.Despite my numerous attempts to contact ******** Roses to inquire about the status of my order and request a refund, I have received no response. Additionally, my attempts to dispute the charge with my credit card company have been unsuccessful.Furthermore, it has come to my attention that ******** Roses is still accepting orders for products online, despite their failure to fulfill existing orders and provide refunds to customers. This practice is deceptive and unfair to unsuspecting consumers who may be similarly affected.Enclosed are copies of all relevant documentation, including order confirmation, email correspondence with ******** Roses, receipts, and communication with my credit card company.I believe that ******** Roses has engaged in deceptive and unfair business practices by failing to fulfill orders, provide refunds, and continuing to accept orders online. This has caused me financial harm and undue inconvenience.I respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action against ******** Roses to ensure that they fulfill their obligations to customers and adhere to ethical business practices.Please feel free to contact me at *************** or ************ if you require any further information or assistance regarding this complaint.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*********************

      I ordered a rose during their Labor Day sale in early September of 2023. They immediately debited my account for the price of the plant. My receipt says the ship date would be 09-11-2023. They never shipped the rose.I have emailed them and tried to call no response.

      On 10/5/2023 I paid $60.66 to Chamblee's for a 3 gallon 'Amber Sunblaze' plus shipping. This was scheduled to be shipped on 10/16. I received an automatic email receipt for order #*****. Since that interaction they have not contacted me at all although I have tried to contact them through their phone, email, and website form to get information on the delay in my order. Their voicemail is full and judging from comments online has been for a while. I'm looking to either get the rose shipped as ordered or get a full refund for it.

      I ordered and paid for 3 roses in January. They were supposed to be shipped in May. May came and went. I tried calling and calling. Finally got someone on the phone who apologized said they'd be shipped in 2 weeks. 3 weeks goes by. Nothing. I try calling again. No one answers. I notice they have their Instagram set up so no one can comment, which is weird because they're still posting. I email them, I get a response, as you see in the screenshots of the emails that I posted to this thread. They promise to send them. They're coming, they say. Weeks go by again. No roses. I email and wonder should I order elsewhere? They say no, they're still coming, pick a rose because we are sorry. I tell them I don't believe them, that they're actually sending me anything. They offer to refund me, I said what I really want is my roses. They said they'll send them out. That was September 28th. I'll let you guess what's happened. No roses still. I called my credit card company. They can't do refunds after 60 days. Jokes on me. I don't know if this company is fake or what anymore. The whole thing is strange. At this point, I'd take $200 to call it even. Super disappointing.

      In February, 2023, I placed an online order with vendor Chamblees Rose Nursery for a 3-Gallon size 'Highwire Flyer' rose ****, Order Number *****. Payment of $60.66 (including the shipping charge) was by credit card. Within 24 hours, I received, via email, an order confirmation from the vendor committing to a shipping date of May 8, 2023. On June 1, 2023, I contacted this vendor at ********************** and advised the vendor that I had not received the ordered **** **** and asked for the status of my order and when I could expect to receive it. That same day (June 1, 2023) I received a reply email from the vendor stating that "there was a recent tornado that destroyed [the vendor's] shipping department" and so the vendor was "currently behind about 2 1/2 weeks on all orders." The email further stated the vendor had "went ahead and expedited [my] order and moved it up on the queue" and that my order would be shipped "at the end of these upcoming weeks." On August 2, 2023 I again contacted the vendor via email advising that, despite the vendor's commitment in its June 1, 2023 email to me that my rose **** would be shipped at the end of the upcoming weeks in June, I did not receive the rose **** that I had paid for back in February, 2023. I advised the vendor that is likely too late now to plant a rose **** where I live in the Northeast part of the country and requested either a refund of my $60.66 or a new Spring, **** delivery date. To date, I have received neither from this vendor. To date, this vendor has not responded in any way to my August 2, 2023 email. Based on this vendor's behavior, and also based on the multiple complaints that have been filed with the Better Business Bureau against this vendor by others who have ordered and paid for rose bushes from this vendor without receiving either their roses or a refund, it appears that this vendor has no intention of fulfilling its obligations and may be engaged in a money scam.

      I bought roses from ********** , the item was supposed to be delivered to my mom on 5/22. When the package was not received, I called (3 or more times) left voice mails every time. I got a call back ~May 30th , she said they had a tornado that caused their inventory to be destroyed. She said that my item was ready to ship and would be sent out Wednesday the 31st to be there special delivered. I waited a week for the item, and it still was not there. I called, messaged (on FB and Insta), and left voicemails. I finally got a call back, a couple of weeks later, and she said the item was shipping. I told her that I had gotten my mother something else and would like a refund for my item. She said that was possible and that I should check my account July 27th. It is now a week later, no refund. They are not answering calls, and there is no voice mailbox to leave a message.

      Ordered 3 roses on 2/25/2023 with a promised ship date in May. Now its August and they dont answer emails or phone calls. After I complained to them on ******** they blocked me. I had to go through PayPal for a refund

      I ordered online from ******** roses 0n January 6th order # ***** . Shipping date may 8th for a total of $212.61 they didn't ship my roses didn't respond to emails or phone calls answered once a month ago and told me that they would call me back the next day with a resolution. I call every day several times emails with no response. I want my money back.

      Order #***** never fulfilled. Date of purchase April 21 2023 for $34.67 on my credit card. Shipping date was supposed to be May 22. NEVER SHIPPED. The company continues to advertise sales on their website and on social media. They are scamming many people besides me. This has been going on for months.

      On April 25th, 2023, I ordered 4 rose bushes from Chamblee's Rose Nursery then located in *****. They have since moved to ******.The ******** website says that they are associated with **************. I have sent multiple emails and tried calling both of these businesses, with no response.It is my impression that a tornado wiped out the ******** distribution warehouse and the business moved to ******,My order receipt is attached with details.I am hoping that ******** will still honor the order I placed since they already have collected the purchase price from me.
