We paid $250 for them to come out and 1)look at our yard 2) provide us with drawings specifying what they would do to accomplish what we told them we wanted done when they were out here in a timely manner and 3)a cost estimate to implement the plan. We got 1) after waiting 3 wks and he as 2 hrs late 2) No response from them for one month until when we complained to *************** . After saying we got nothing because they didnt have our email address, which they did have our phone number for sure and they could have called and gotten it and another phone call from ** we got a couple of drawings that were absolutely nothing like anything we had talked about with the person who came out and 3) no cost estimate for anything. Two more calls to them resulted in no contact from them.Business response

We are truly sorry for the customers dissatisfaction with our service. We have been in business for over 36 years and always strive for excellence. The employee involved is no longer with us and we have changed some of our policies as far as response times. We happily refunded the money as soon as we learned of the interaction after speaking with Mr. ********* Both parties have reached out over ****** reviews under alias and we have spoken over the phone to Mr. ********* Please let ** know if there is anything else can help with.
