      Unauthorized repairs were done on our home. Tribeca threatened with "recorded phone calls" where they claimed that they had recordings of us authorizing work on our house but refused to provide us with these calls. We did not authorize Tribeca to send a sprinkler company to our home with no notice or scheduling. We mailed a letter to Tribeca as an official dispute of these charges. When Tribeca sent the invoice, they put the incorrect date that the repairs were done which we felt was unprofessional. We did not receive any communication from Tribeca or a sprinkler company between our initial consultation and when they completed the work. No information on the problem, no estimated cost of repairs or information on the hourly rate, or even an estimated day of work. We were shocked when we arrived home and saw that our yard had been dug up. I told this to ******* in a phone conversation on 2/14. Upon disputing the charges, ******* called me and we had a very heated conversation where he told me I was trying to commit fraud. Tribeca threatened to put a lien on our home if we did not pay them. These threats were meant to intimidate us into paying the invoice, even though they failed to provide the proof of authorization that they claimed to have. After paying, I left a negative review on ******* and Tribeca attempted to intimidate us by threatening us with a lawsuit if we did not remove the review. Tribeca called myself and my husband, called my father's employer, and emailed and texted multiple times when there was no outstanding balance on our account or unfinished business to discuss. The review I posted clearly stated that it was my opinion of the interactions between us and Tribeca and we ended up deleting the review because we are fearful of what Tribeca will attempt to do to us. They have shown that they are not above using intimidation tactics and threats, and I was fearful they were going to show up to my house if I did not delete the review.

      Terrible experience with this company. We absolutely do not recommend and do not believe other reviews.375$ for just showing up and telling nothing is wrong after 40 minutes.The owner sends threatening emails that they file theft of services and lien on the property. We exchange emails at the end of December and we wanted to contact them after we are back from vacation and we get the attached email while on vacation.

      Customers wife contacted us for a Gas Leak. ************ turned off gas and locked the meter because of the leak. We charge $450 minimum for diagnosis of gas leaks. This was told to customer at the outset of her call (all calls are recorded).Our Master ******* arrived at the house quickly; we prioritize all gas calls as emergencies due to the danger. Master ******* found the leak in the middle of the house; below the house and reported it to the customer. Additionally, customer was given a bid to repair the major leak. Customer stated that her husband would review the bid and get back with us.A bill was sent for our services and never paid. After numerous attempts to collect, we started collection efforts. Finally the bill was paid and subsequent to that a bad review was posted.
