I wanted to cancel service 12/2023 due to poor service and charges for routine pool care. ******* was emailed and he stated there is a $200 cancel fee. I contacted my credit card company and notified i canceled and ive discontinued services. Today 3/16/24 I noticed charges for $54.12 and $167 from Dec till today. This is fraud. Texas pool care was fired in Dec and was told not to come to my house. I have a ring camera in the backyard so they are charging me and not even providing a service as well as being fired. Ive contacted my credit card company today bit something needs to be done with *******, the owner at Texas Pool Care.

On 1/30/24, we were charged $54.12 for something that we did not approve. I have previously informed the company that I want to be contacted before any charge is deducted from my account with the exception of the monthly service fee. I have been trying to contact Texas Pool Care since 1/30/24 with no success. I have called the office multiple times and voicemails. As of 2/5/24, I have yet to receive a return call. I have also sent text messages to the owner and pool techs with no response. I would like a refund for this month's service fee, as well as, the $54.12 and I would like to terminate their services. I do not wish to do business with a company that does not value their customers.

I began using Texas Pool Care on June 24, 2020 and was very happy with my service until recently. ****** was my first technician. For the first two years, the filter was cleaned as part of my service. It was cleaned twice a year. I did not receive additional charges. All chemicals were included.I received a message about a year ago that because of low supplies and high prices I would need to furnish the chlorine tablets. I understood and have done so.Our pool cleaner was changed to ***** and I was very happy with his work.A month ago, we noticed that we had been charged $334.50 for two filter cleanings, one in January and one in May. I have called the office and requested refunds three times. I have not received the refund.I notified the office that we were having pool repairs done and would not need the weekly service two times, but our latest cleaner, *********, came as scheduled and sent an email stating that he was not notified that the pool service wasnt needed. I have asked for his phone number to keep him updated twice. I was told it would be sent, but it has not.I have called and texted ***** several times this month but have not received any help with my issues. He told me that he had forwarded my messages to *******. I have not been contacted.I would like a refund for the two filter cleanings. I have discontinued my service as of August 1, 2023.

I never signed up for their services. My ex-husband did. He moved out. He sent me their contact info. I called and asked about their services and fees. They told me they'll get back to me. After several failed attempts to reach them by phone, I sent them an email. Their customer service is very poor, and I decided not to hire them. They responded that I need to pay the debt of my ex-husband plus a $200 cancellation fee! I explained that I never signed up for their services nor did I agree to pay them any fees. They bullied me by threatening to file a Lien on my property if I don't pay! I told them to contact the person who signed up with them, not me. The property no longer belongs to him.
