My hot tub, a StarLight Spa is under warranty.It broke, had a leak in November.It took three weeks to get an appointment to have a technician come out here and look at it. Then the technician ran over on another job and I was put off even longer for the appointment. Once the technician did come out in December he diagnosed it as an easy fix. Said I needed a automatic air Venturi valve and that it was covered under warranty. Now, it's ******* and the hot tub is still not fixed. Every time I call Poolwerx they just apologize and tell me they don't know when the part will come in and refused to give me a PO number or give me access to who they ordered it from.Yesterday I threaten to hire a lawyer and today they finally called me back and said the part is expected to be in next week but still won't give me an appointment to get it fixed.My belief is that either Poolwerx or Clearwater refused to take care of this issue because it is under warranty and obviously not a priority. I'm going on three months, the best months to use a hot tub and mine is empty. They certainly got their money when I bought it and their customer service is zip , zero, very unfortunate.Business response
