      They had me to come in and do an application on I had my application fee and deposit 4/24/2024. Well as of 5/10/24(Friday) I called and spoke with ******, she stated that she was sending my employer a release form and had me to call them to let them know so that they can be looking for it. Well that evening I called ****** back and another lady answered and proceeded to go off on me(I had never spoken to her before..only ******) told me that my application was number 14(****** told me number 15) and ***** have started on it(even though I turned it in on 4/24/2024) and she yelled at me to come get my Application fee and deposit! And hung up the phone in my face. Well I went to pick my stuff Monday(5/13/2024) and could not get my application fee. ******************* told me that she would give me a refund...now it's I don't get it because they was starting a background check! These apartments have scammed me! Got all my information and then screamed come get your information! I have NEVER gotten spoken to that way for some apartments..Somebody help because this was very unprofessional

      My brother, sister and i were looking for our next place to live and thought the apartment complex in our area called The Mezzo was "our" place, so we filled out the paper work and they had us put a holding fee of our security deposite down ($1650) claiming that if we didn't pass or if we backed out that we would get it back, and after 2 weeks of no word, we started looking around again and found a better place and the one we are currently living at, but The Mezzo (******** Properties) approved us the same day that our current place approved us and claimed that our money was now none refundable and that it was all in the paper work we filled out, little did i know that they do this all the time to people (saying you'll get it back verbally and in the paper work says otherwise 4 pages deep on a sub document stating - that you'll only get your money back if you get declined and your money automanticly becomes a none refundable down payment apon aproval), we tried and tried and tired to get our money back but they had lawyers waiting bacause like i said "they've done this before" we found out afetr the fact, becareful and don't rent from ******** Properties in *****

      I think this company is a money hungry business that needs to have more compassion for humans. I moved out of my unit over a year ago, which has been month to month since May 2021!! I moved due to domestic violence against my childs father. Since it hasnt been PHYSICAL, I cant get an order of protection to be removed from this month to month since Im the primary. I have submitted a letter form the **** and abuse, numerous police reports from DV logs at the unit we shared, in which he still resides. *** attempted to removed numerous times and am ignored every single time. Anytime I come into the office Im addressed from another room, the higher up always is in her office yelling between rooms with questions and responses. I SIMPLY WANT TO GET AWAY. NOT ALL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS PHYSICAL ABUSE. It shouldnt take for me to be murdered or hit before something can be done!!! This is absolutely disgusting and abusive in itself making me deal with this. Id never recommend this company. I shouldnt have to get permission from the abusive party to LEAVE WHEN IM THE PRIMARY!! Its MY CREDIT!!!

      Good day I have no words to describe my courage since I started living here there were problems with doors, a/c and other things but since last year the storm started the kitchen floor started to come off it was only one piece today it is more of half the floor and the new company ****************** says that I am responsible for the damage for not reporting the problem when to their faces I show them proof that I did.

      They had the worst way to help their residents. We been having problems with water coming out from the floor, problems with the ac and fungus on the bathroom because of the water coming out from the floor. They know everything and decided not to see u when u go to their lease office because they dont want it help you. They even care if you have minors living with you with sinus or health problems.

      Esta gente no tienen corazon, solo se preocupan por q les pagues la renta pero no les interesa ayudarte con el problema, sus managers se encierran en las oficinas y desiden no verte la ***** Es horrible como t tratan y como no les importa resolver un problema q lleva hace tiempo. Solo quieren su dinero y q el edificio se les caiga encima a sus residentes. Saben q como esta la economa no se puede pagan rentas tan altas abusan despotamente de los q vivimos ai. Muy desalmado.

      I went to talk to Miss ****** but she just sent somebody to say she can see me. It is sad that we paid every month on time our rent to receive a poor customer service like this. I guess you have many complaints away the way the "help" in the office. I dont know if because they have a budget creen q si ahorran les daran mas bonos al management pero no es justo because estan jugando con nuestra salud.

      Espero q usted no sea uno mas del monton q solo escuchan la queja y no hacen ***** por favor ayudenos, gracias a residentes q pagamos renta su ********* sigue en pie. Tomennos en consideracion, esto es **************, no una republica en desarrollo.

      I was given less than 2 hours to move my trailer off the property in the Tealeoods apt in wichita falls or it would be tow I lived here for 7 years without any problems then new management shows up and all of sudden without any concerns about Tennant and starts treating the Tennant like a rent payments So now this weekend a trailer and a motor home shows up and parks in 5 spaces, So I ask someone who told me she was the new manager if there was a different standards for people because i can't park a trailer here so why can they and then I was asked so many diff questions that had nothing to do with my question then she said ( it none of business) but they have till end of day to remove it. Well guess what it's the next day and still it sit in a spot where it takes up 5 spaces so once again the Tealwood MANAGER and Delcor MANAGEMENT have shown there disrespect to Tennants that have been here for years by letting some people break the rules while others must obey the laws ( By the way management at Tealwoods was here on Friday and Saturday and had to have seen the motor home and trailer in 5 parking spot) Mmmm must be special people ????

      If I could give Dalcor 0 stars I would. Not only do they lie, but they also extort money from you for repairs they dont want to pay for. Do not lease from them for any reason. I live in their Skyline apartment complex btw.

      Absent privity, we cannot address this particular situation, however, a little over three years ago Dalcor expended $10 million renovating Skyline including high efficiency HVAC, electrical and plumbing fixtures, new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliances, ceiling fans, water heaters, bathtubs, fresh paint, Energy Star windows, new fencing, fresh parking lot, upgraded playground, added a community center, business center, sports court, gazebos, free Wi-Fi, upgraded to current ADA standards and much more. Since then, Dalcor has spent over $1 million in maintaining and replacing those items at Skyline.

      Skyline is inspected annually by the City of Dallas and the State of Texas using standard established by The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development including both the interior and exterior.

      Dalcor is not shy about paying for necessary repairs or replacements. We do hold our residents responsible for their lease obligation and for any damages to the property or their apartment that they, their pets, or their guests might perpetrate.

      We apologize for the inconvenience. The part has been on back order for multiple months. The current disruption in supply chains has made it difficult to either find parts or even purchase new appliances. While against our normal policy, we have taken a part from another stove in a model apartment and used it to repair this person's stove.
