I have been a resident since 01-14-2022. I have experience two leaks in my apartment since then due to the biting of rats chewing on the pipeline. They opened my ceiling and left no covering allowing rats to enter my home and leave an abundance of feces on my cabinets, bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. I contacted management via email and phone many times before finally getting a response many days later. They have failed to take the proper precautions to ensure safety and stable living environments for there residents. They entered my home due to water damaged and disarrayed and through my clothing all over the place. They did not leave an email or a letter to notify me. I spend several night at a hotel due to the unstable conditions and they said I must contact my renters insurance for a refund. My renters insurance let me know that rodent problems are absolutely the property's management concern. Once I expressed multiple concerns regarding my health and safety only option was to end my lease because of my dissatisfaction. This is horrible service. I would never recommend. This really sucks being my first apartment and they are so unprofessional. Calls did not started to get made to me until I started documentation that they have not been doing their job.
