      On May 3rd at approximately 3:30 I notified front office staff member, *******, about at active water leak the was occuring in the common area breezeway of the building I reside, **********. I informed ******* that the leak was getting noticably larger and that perhaps they should look at it soon because it may become a larger issue. ******* informed me that , even though, the leak was not in or affecting my apartment that I would need to fill out an online service request for my apartment to have maintenance address the issue. I attempted to explain to her that I wasn't going to submit a personal work order as the issue was occuring in a common area and not affecting my apartment. She didn't seem interested, so I left feeling like the issue was not going to be addressed. My spouse then called the business manager, ******, who agreed that we should not fill out a work order since it was not affecting our unit. My wife expressed to her how the leak was getting larger and should be addressed ASAP. ****** agreed and gave my wife assurance that it would be handled. After this absolutely no one came out to check the leak that was occuring. On Sunday morning May 5th I opened the door of the front door coat closet and was met with moldy water raining in from the ceiling ruining multiple winter coats and pullovers that were stored in the closet. I have spoken with multiple individuals, most recently *******, within the organization regarding the issue who have feigned ignorance and claim that they have complete indemnity in regards to being negligent in addressing this issue ultimately leading to the damage of our personal property. I understand that the initial leak that occured cannot cause them to be considered negligent. Their negligence lies in the fact they ignored the issue after being made aware of it and THAT is what makes them negligent and responsible for the loss of our personal property.

      Cyprus apartments in ******* ******* does not even deserve one star. This place needs to be bulldoze to the ground. The reviews are awful. *** lived here for eight years and have dealt with so much BS. I am finally free in five days June 1, 2024. So glad Im finishing my prison sentence with them! I have a crappy bathtub in the main bathroom that is peeling and has been for almost 4 years and *** asked to have a replaced several times. The only thing they can do is make me leave my apartment for three days why they put more paint on it, which will again peel. I have animals and I work from home. I cant leave my house for three days. Thats not even reasonable. If you have visitors, they have to park way out in the north 40. They tell us not to park in front of the office, but they do it.. April in the rental office, the leasing manager is the biggest bully ever. She does not listen to you. She does not let you state what your issue is. She just sits behind her desk doing her make up all day which doesnt help by the way.! Shes an evil person! She smells like alcohol all the time in her eyes are severely bloodshot. I cannot believe ****** fest would employee someone like this. Again this is Cyprus apartments **********************************************. There are homeless people that come in there is no security here and the homeless people vandalize the apartments and break into cars. Manager ***** to April that worked here was giving a tour of an apartment and got pushed into the unit by a guy and almost got raped. If she had not screamed loud enough maintenance would not have shown up thank God they were close by. She was smart enough and left the company the next day . They charge you outrageous late fees . Some units have roaches. I never had anything thank God, but if you read the reviews, its pretty bad. They charge way too much money for this area and the apartments are not worth it very cheap and they have the nerve to call it luxury living . Give me a break
