    I had the privilege of renting from this outstanding company and had a truly positive experience. The staff is highly professional, courteous, and consistently strives to accommodate tenants' needs. I initially leased the property in 2019 and would have gladly continued had the landlord not decided to sell. Throughout my tenancy, any necessary repairs or replacements were promptly addressed, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the management team and maintenance staff for their exceptional service and dedication.     Ive lived in a house managed by Open House Properties for almost 3 years. Theyve been quick about responding to any work orders Ive put in, and they havent drastically raised rent prices every renewal like some places do. Theyre easy to work with and my overall experience has been really good.

    We have just moved into a rental house and so far the experience has gone quite well. Responses have been quick and an initial maintenance request needed right after move-in was completely in a timely manner. Looking forward to continuing the positive experience in the coming year.

    My experience was pretty good at first responses took a little while but during the move out process management was great and were quick to respond I worked with ********* ****** in the ******* area and she made our move out process amazing.

    This have been the move from h*** and it hasnt been a month since weve been in home. Which we should've known there was an issue with AC. When we looked at home, two men were laying around claiming to work on AC. It was over ************************************ AC never cooled home down. Home got as high as 80 degrees. The property manager over *** is very insensitive. We have toddlers, and temperature is not going down. Each time weve put in request, they keep sending two men whom dont seem to know whats wrong. The tub is peeling and cant bathe my toddler in tub bc the painting is coming up each time we run the water. Water is also coming out the side of the tub. And you know what the management asks me? Did you put a request in? Well Are you sending someone qualified to fix the issue? This have been the move from h*** Highly recommend paying attention to AC units in home and how well they handle issues.

    FOR ANYONE LIVING IN THE DFW AREA AND RENT WITH OPENHOUSE HERE IS THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE PHONE NUMBER!!!! 866,536,9556.id like to say this company is really good to me and mg family as we live in ******** tx and they have always been fast and efficient with repairs. We have not done a move out yet so im giving them the benefit of the doubt? anyways, we have zero complaints at the moment and the property is really nice.

    ******* was amazing. I dont know his last name but I got locked out of my house and he came and helped me. He was so kind and so sweet. He was definitely Gods sent.

    I would leave negative starts if i could. This is by far the worst rental company to deal with. They have no number to contact them about issues. THey do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. My last month of rent was not prorated and i was told there was nothing that they could do except refund the incorrect charged amount with my deposit. They do not communicate well. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Ive been trying for over six weeks to get an air quality report and compensation and an answer back for them letting us move into black mold in February February this is beyond maddening
