This place is vile, and never lives up to its promises. The manager ******** behaves like a hypocrite, and seems to wear masks like the actors in an old Greek tragedy. The truth seems to be whatever she says it is, and continues to change. I feel that I have been jerked around, and not received communication from the overseers at ******* Property. I have several security issues to report about a building i reside in (in one of your ******* properties). 1) The fourth floor door locks leading to the garage are broken. So I reported it. Maintenance marked it as fixed but it was never fixed at all. 2) I went down to the first floor and when you reach that door before you get to recycling room, the locks are broken on that door as well. 3) The gates that allow your cars to come in and out in the garage have been broken for weeks. The building claims its on backorder. But the system is frequently getting broken. Your building needs a new system where cars cant frequently run it over and break it. 4) You recently sent out an email to the whole building saying that we had to use our fobs to let ourselves into the building at night and that the person at the desk wouldnt let us in. Around 7 PM The other night, I swiped my fob at the front door of the building and I heard the locks click but the doors were still locked and I was unable to get myself in the building. And the person at the desk was elsewhere and I was essentially locked out. I have emailed the building several times about this on February 25, February 28 and March 1 to ensure this doesnt happen again and to ensure the door gets fixed. They have failed to respond when they have responded to other emails in the past. This is a security issue. Please prorate my rent this month. I shouldnt be paying full price for the lack of security, and shouldnt be paying full price for the ************* team to ignore my correspondence
