*** currently a tenant at ********************** and I have been treated very poorly im when I go make a service request about something that is wrong with my apartment it has not got handled my window still comes up when locked I've been reported that to apartment complex no one has came to even look at it I also have an attic I didn't know about I feel like someome has been entering my apartment threw the window that is broke and hiding in my attic I'm scared for me and my kids life because I don't know why they haven't came to fix anything I made a police report because I know someone has entered my apartment and the apartment manager has done nothing about it my police report number is 2023-0048099 Ii also have wired cords just hanging out some machine I have 2kids and this is unsafe and not rightBusiness response

I, *******************************, regional manager for Vickery Development, **** am responding to a complaint placed by ****** Coffee current resident at our property located in ***** ********; **********************.
Please know that we received notification of only the second notice of this complaint which is the reason for delay in response to this claim.
Attached you will find supporting documentation for work orders that have been placed and completed in the timely manner that the ******** Landlord Tenant Act requires as well as supporting contracts and inspections completed by OFHA which the regulations of these inspections are set and monitored by ***.
Per ***: A contract will not be implemented without a passing unit: At any point the unit is deemed as "not passing" and repairs are not completed then the *** payment that is made monthly will terminate until repairs are completed.
I have attached a ledger that will prove payments have been made on behalf of this resident each month and as well as her making her tenant portion payments monthly as well.
The pictures sent in for this complaint are from when the replacement of the inside furnace was being completed. A very costly bill of over $2000 for this repair. In regards to the windows: OFHA inspection who completed and signed the agreement saying the unit was in passing condition stated at the time of inspection this defect was not present. Even with this information we still repaired and completed this request as well for Miss ******. We have received no further request from the resident other than her requesting to move which was granted 4 months ago and she still resides in the unit currently and has made no attempt to move at this time.
