We hired this company to conduct our tax protest for 2022. We were supposed to be informed of results in July, it is now ************ have received no communication whatsoever regarding our claim even after repeatedly contacting the company for aid. I would definitely not recommend this company, they lack all communication & are not forthright in disclosing anything.

Very ************* I am unhappy with their service for 2023 thus terminating it. They never contacted me regarding working on the tax protest and thus did not perform a quality level of service and missed optimizing the valuation used for taxing. I tried to intervine with the *** by conducting my own hearing but since they did not contact me and no attempt to improve my situation my valuation was higher and incorrect for *************** significant more tax dollars. very poor level of service and will not use them again and hope to get the mess corrected for ****. My property was valued 15% higher than is should have and they also did not consider homestead or over 65 exemptions.

Texas Tax Protest was hired for my main residence early on in 2022. We are now almost half way through 2023 and they havent yet filed my case with the county of residence. Despite continuous follow **** not one single update from the company with progress. No customer should be left hanging like this. Basically its been about 18 months and my case hasnt reached the county yet. Id recommend against using this company and saving your money for a business that would actually help you and not take your money and disappear.

Hired this company to protest 2022 property taxes. We received an uncontested tax bill from Comal County. I contacted Comal County ******************** and was given to letters documenting that Texas Tax Protest never showed up for assessment meeting. I tried multiple times to contact this company. They rarely communicated and when they did the lied. They gave me a story about informal meetings between their director and Comal county. These people are frauds and cheats and are well known to Comal County as such.

Same old song and dance. Liars and cheats. I have spoken to the ***** ** Tax Assessors liaison and have copies of two letters stating this company no showed the meetings. Their director has after multiple complaints communicated with us but the lies continue. They didn't show up. We have not received a refund.

ONE MORE TIME. Texas tax protest DID NOT SHOW UP TO DISPUTE TAXES. This is CONFIRMED by Comal county tax assessors office. They also inferred that this was not uncommon by this company. A100% REFUND is the only appropriate reply for a job NOT DONE. This company is not legitimate.

Refund not offered or received. Our complaint is legit and you are thieves.

As of 5 Jan. 2023 Texas Tax Protest has adequately explained the circumstances of our case and has offered to refund our money. We understand that the entire system was overburdened by the volume of protests in the central Texas real-estate market in 2022 and staff departures at the county contributed to some disconnects in information sharing. TTP explained the process and how our case was addressed and what outcomes were likely in the circumstances and offered to assist us in progressing further options if we desired.

Charged $50 to file a tax protest and never even filed. I requested 3 times in writing to see some proof that they did the protest with my county and have not seen any evidence of any work. When signing up I submitted a refinance appraisal, and this was not ever looked at or used. What I can see, this company is a scam.

It is not a matter of "belief". I submitted in writing 4 times for copies of the complaint to the county, the county response, and any other records on my file/case. I have not received any evidence that ANY work was actually done. The services contracted were not provided, your company is in breach of that contract, your company is a SCAM.
