Anglin Family Investments is currently reporting to my credit. The problem with that, I don't have an account with ************************************************************************ account in question is my Fathers account. I'm a Jr. and He is a senior. I have attempt to reach out to Anglin Family Investments, but they refuse to speak with me because the account is not mine. All I'm wanting is the account to be removed from my credit report, it's becoming an issue when I'm trying to refinance my home. I have attached a copy of my current credit report, and my driver's license. If ******************************************************************** would stop reporting this account, My correct name would appear properly on my credit report.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: They stated that they were going to remove the account from my credit report. They have not, and I have attached my November 29th,2023 report as proof that the account as not been removed.
I'm requesting a letter of deletion to send to the credit reporting companies myself.

Re: **************************************************** - a house The home was not move in ready as we were told. There were safety hazards and fire hazards. We have 3 small girls and their safety was a concern of ours. I filed a complaint with them about these things. I sent them the link to the inspection that was done on the home. They did not repair a broken window, no back air flow to the back rooms, I had informed them of this and she said to write a list and someone would get out there to get it done. The window was supposed to be replaced before we moved in and it was not ever fixed. Then in March of 2023, the window broke completely out. I took videos of the apartment as well. I paid $500 for the inspection because I thought there was maybe mold in the home. I want a refund and also a refund for lost wages.Customer response

Here is the link to inspection report and i am asking for Anglin Family Investment to refund $****** for what we had paid for rental for breach of contract for no air flow in the back rooms of property. In addition to the ****** I am asking for $500.00 for water bill due to water leak that wasnt properly repaired and unable to shut water off after bathing and $800.00 for electric bill due to malfunction in electrical wiring. Due to the safety hazards and fire hazards and no supervision for our children during the summer i had to quit my job for their safety and well being I would also like $****** for loss of wages from 5/22/23 to present. We were told home was move in ready, and it wasnt. I texted ***** after staying the first night with concerns and again about front room floor caving in and her response was well fix the **** floor then then i was advised my legal counsel to text and email Anglin Family Investments about repairs that were needed in mid May 2023 and would not be paying rent until repairs were made and got no response until eviction.

My husband and I signed a "lease purchase agreement" with Anglin Family Investments on June 2, 2018. Never signed a purchase agreement or requested to purchase the property. However, it shows on our credit reports as a "mortgage". Which is fraudulent. We are currently working on getting an actual home loan and AFI's inaccurate reporting is negatively impacting our debt to income ratio. I have reached out to AFI multiple times regarding this matter and no response or no one can answer my questions. They refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part. I'm complaining about them always tell me my mail got lost in the mail. Each time they tell me this I have to pay the late fee on my house payment. I'm not the only one having trouble with them over this. I have found out from the ******************** service in **************** that other rent to own owners are having the same problem The ****************** says they have mail all of the mail from ****************. I have requested on several occasions that they provide me with a complete accounting of my payments as they apply to principal and interest. I have recently become aware that for several months in a row for several years nothing was applied towards the principal, thus over charging me for interest that accrues daily. Also the beginning balance on the land payment report is higher than the original balance of the note. I have called, emailed, emailed their attorney and sent a certified letter. By law they must provide me with the information I have requested. They must explain the reasons that they feel they have done nothing wrong. I have researched amortization schedules, and over and over each one details something every month from the beginning something is applied towards the principal. As the principal payment grows the interest goes down. This is not the case with how they have handled my payments.
