They bought my property tax loan for $2,025.31 with the fees of $46.15 an interest of $34 that total's out to $2,1005.46 I ended up paying $2,268.98 I have tried to call them for a month now wondering where my $163.52 is that I overpaid and they have not called me back..

My name is ****** and I'm telling you right now for some of you who have been dealing with the tax easeOhio LLC I made my payments in ***** for $1600 which paid me up until August because at that time after already doing a payment arrangement where I signed for yes we had a payment arrangement prior to but it was not fine for my second payment arrangement I signed with the attorney was the attorneys that a letter to my home hold on to that thought right there okay so being that said first time it was **** now prior to we had a pair of payment arrangement that payment arrangement was not signed on but the first big down payment was once was **** then 850 then I went to like ********************************************************************************************************************************** and I wasn't failing on any of my payments. And they said I didn't pay since May and that was correct cuz I made payment of $1,600 in ***** for ***** May June July my payments due only 300 which left me being do for August by the time they foreclosed on my house on auction I received my payment from August ****** to Sender they returned to send on August 30th go to your county public search records for your county clerk of courts click on your case at foreclosure and read your docket I'm pretty sure you'll find that very amusing why you did not receive notification and then for closing on your home those notifications that were really important for you to go legally do something to stop them and when you're done roll all the way back up to the top right part and look I didn't realize you made payments to tax ease Ohio LLC right so why at the top right does it say **** tax ease IV llc BEING THE ONE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINIST U AND FORECLOSING ON UR HOME

Tax Ease and Carlisle Attorneys in ********* failed to notify me or my ex husband they purchased a tax lien **** law requires the Auditor to also notify home owners prior to the sale. ** has worked with me to resolve this issue, I corrected it. the fraud this company is committing since nov 2020 is astronomical including publishing my exs husband address as mine. ******* notices in window envelopes to my father in my ex husbands name . insufficient service, knowingly swearing to certifies of service they continue to engage in this fraud. yesterday I discovered they listed my home for a sheriff sale, again sending the notice to my home address with my exs name. Today my ex was called multiple times about this sale. He didn't know anything about it. my 84 yr father has been also repeatedly been called. attorneys and tax ease has been called and refuse to speak with me just like they did before after I informed them they needed to correct and cease using/ publishing the wrong address for my ex. He has already had to go to the post office and change it back a year ago. There is no Court Order against me nor was either of us given a chance to dispute the amount of the lien , or even what they claimed it was before filing the foreclosure to begin with. I have very clear evidence the amount is not correct I requested mediation as everything filed in Court by me in my Legal name has been ignored they went after my ex instead . We are both senior citizens, my ex disabled. This is nothing but legal abuse and Elder abuse extortion . They are aware of all of this and continue anyway . The lies told to me by tax ease representee "not our fault what these attorneys are doing doesn't hold up now. I have all evidence of this severe I demanded a call back, cancel the sheriff sale today. I did contact the Warren County Treasure , again sent a copy to both attorneys and tax ease. The tax bill is in my legal name and I paid it.

We satisfied our debt but was told by the court we still owe more money. Our money was suppose to pay back taxes and keep us current.

I would choose another company to assist you with property taxes. This company is antiquated. There are several other companies that have online payment systems. I thought they were moving towards that and all of a sudden my account was turned off an my automatic payments were stopped. Turns out they sold my account to another company. I didn't receive notice because my mailing address was incorrect. I found this out recently. If you request a statement to view your progress on the loan, you would receive a very confusing statement/ledger. There are many other companies that make this process so much easier and accessible for their customers (ex. Propel, HomeTax Solutions, etc.). Other companies have notification systems where you can set reminder of due dates, late payments, or changes to the accounts, which I didn't have with this company. In the end, I am glad they sold the note, dealing with this company was a nightmare. They require a much needed update in their processing and customer facing systems.

I had the most horrible experience with these people. They are out to get you. I understand that I was behind in my property tax, but I contacted them and was willing to make payments to them, but they took my $1000 down payment and cashed a few of my first payments, and started rejecting my other ones. Good luck in trying to get ahold if them. I was on the phone for 4 hours and was never answered. Afterwards, sued the **** out of me and foreclosed on my property behind my back. Thank goodness I stopped them just in time. A $3000 debt has turned into $15000. Its highway robbery on struggling people. Something should be done about them. They are tge terrorists in this country.

We had a contract been paying it every month and I noticed they didn't take our payment this month so I called and they said our contract was terminated due to no payment since June I have since gotten my statements from the bank where they are getting their payment and call back for them to say the system must of had a clinch now we gotta wait on a supervisor to call us to let us know if they can start our contract back up? So are house is up in the air right now due to your mistakes and it's been almost a week and nobody has still made it right.
