              Was charged $100 a month ago and was told that they needed more information before they could rent to me I said that is fine I don't have the information that is required please refund my money which day promptly said they would do and has been over a month yet and I still have not received my money they are not trying to remedy it

              One of the main ladys at the Greenvile best way on the corner of highway 81 and highway 1 is just horrible to customers over the phone is like to threaten with court if you are a week behind in payments or just out right send the guys to try to take your stuff out of your house

              ****************, I am sorry to hear about your experience with Bestway. I would like to point out, that there is a signed agreement by you and Bestway stating there are no ***** ******s on the due dates when payments are due. However, a conversation will be had with the Regional Manager in regard to the way this was handled, however, know that if payments are missed, our store managers will in fact drive to pick the merchandise up, as we do not have any grace ****** in due dates. If for any reason you are unable to make your payment, you must contact the store in advance to notify them as well. Please keep an open line of communication with the store, to help prevent this from happening. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help assist you with. I will be more than happy to help assist you.
