Esta compaa quiere que pague mi deducible de mi aseguranza y ellos ya tienen ****** dlares que pag la aseguradora para reponer el techo de mi casa y no me quieren dar una cotizacin con los detalles y precio por el trabajo
English ****************************** wants me to pay my insurance deductible and they already have $11,100 that the insurance company paid to replace the roof of my house and they do not want to give me a quote with the details and price for the work

It is Texas State Law that property owners must pay their deductible to their contractor. This is laid out clearly in the Insurance Carrier's Summary of Loss document, the existing insurance policy agreement between the customer and their insurance company.

Big West Building Services, LLC will not break the law and cover the deductible for the customer and we do not encourage our customers to break the law. Deductible must be paid.
Additionally, it is false that we have not provided an estimate for repairs. I've attached estimate sent to ************** and the email verification receipts that he opened and view our estimate. We also provided an invoice to ************** showing the allocations and cost breakdown associated with the claim.
Lastly, ************** hired the ***** Law Firm as his original insurance claim was denied. The ***** Law Firm So we are actually well under the Replacement Cost Value allocated by the Insurance Carrier for his repair. It is our understanding that the ***** Law Firm took 33% of the total RCV amount, which totaled about $6,000 dollars. Our proposal was based off of the remaining Replacement Cost Value and we are doing the job for $6k under what the insurance allocated.
We will move forward with the scope of work upon receiving the deductible payment.

We are more than happy to perform the work for you. Airam will reach out to you to coordinate the roof install. We will have to collect the deductible per Texas State Law HB2102 prior to moving forward.
