              Date of transaction: 09/27/2021 Amount Paid to Business: $570.59. For the services window work not done. Services to provide: Replace roof, gutters and windows.Dispute nature: No work was done on the windows. No refund issued.The company was responsive for a while but did not issue a refund and has stopped communication. In ***************************** my area and NTX Roof Tech was in the neighborhood quoting and offering services. We decided to contract their services to work on the roof, gutters and windows per insurance claim. They performed the work on the roof and the gutters but not the windows. When I inquired about it, a company employee advised the work was to be performed at a different date. After a few months I asked again, and I was told that there was a material delay due to supply chain constrains but that the work would be completed before 2022 end. This did not happened; I contacted the company again asking for a refund for the window portion as I would like to have a different company completing the job. They responded at first, but no refund for the work not performed was issued and no other communication or response to my latest attempts to reach them.

              Watched this company litter our neighborhood with flyers today, blatantly ignoring at least 8 "No Soliciting/Hand Bills" signs. Not sure if they just can't read or don't care. Either is not acceptable. I have a sign for a reason- much like my neighbors. We have babies sleeping and guard dogs protecting them. When strangers walk up to my door, the dogs bark to alert me of danger. Now all the babies are awake and ******. Same as me. I've texted 10 of my neighbors discouraging them against using people this careless.

              Good afternoon,

              We kindly issued an apology within minutes of receiving the complaint. We are parents as well and completely understand your statement and are deeply sorry. We were called out to the neighborhood by a prior satisfied customer that received damages during this week's storm. We did concerningly reach out to neighbors to see if they were in need of assistance since the storm did not only affect our client's home. We chose to place informative notes at the door so the homeowners could read them at their convenience. Not avoiding homes with "No Soliciting" is a mistake on our part that we fully take responsibility for and do apologize. Fortunately for the few homeowners that are not as able as others did receive the information and we are now assisting them in their time of need.
