Services to provide: Replace roof, gutters and windows.Dispute nature: No work was done on the windows. No refund issued.The company was responsive for a while but did not issue a refund and has stopped communication. In ***************************** my area and NTX Roof Tech was in the neighborhood quoting and offering services. We decided to contract their services to work on the roof, gutters and windows per insurance claim. They performed the work on the roof and the gutters but not the windows. When I inquired about it, a company employee advised the work was to be performed at a different date. After a few months I asked again, and I was told that there was a material delay due to supply chain constrains but that the work would be completed before 2022 end. This did not happened; I contacted the company again asking for a refund for the window portion as I would like to have a different company completing the job. They responded at first, but no refund for the work not performed was issued and no other communication or response to my latest attempts to reach them.

      We scheduled for window tech to do a takeoff they needed twice last year and was told to instead wait till end of year to complete the window task. That NTX would be notified by customer when to do so.  Contact was not made with Mr. ********* and any employee with NTX until recently this year. NTX did issue a refund check. We canceled check yesterday as it seems like it never made it to Mr. ********* and issued a full refund through Zelle this morning.

      NTX Roof Tech and I agreed for it to remove and replace my house and patio roofs. And to also repair and paint the drywalls in my house where there are water damages. The company came on December 21, 2022, removed and replaced the roof on my house but did not remove and replace the roof on my patio. And it did not repair and paint the drywalls either. The company representative, Jonathan ******, told me on December 21, 2022, that he will call me the next week and schedule when the company will be coming to remove and replace the roof on my patio and repair and paint the drywalls as well. I waited for his call but never heard from him. I have called the company on several occasions and have left messages on the company's voice mail box but never heard from anybody from this company. After the roof of my house was removed and replaced, I noticed that the Skylight in my Kitchen is leaking, and I called and left messages in the company's voice mail box letting the company know about it. But I never heard back from anybody from this company. I paid this company in full on December 21, 2022, for all the works that we agreed on. But this company has not completed all the works that we agreed on, even after getting paid in full. I want this company to immediately come and complete all the works that we agreed on.

      We have the paint scheduled for Tuesday. Mr. ***** has not signed his contract and we do have the spot that needs to be touched up scheduled for Tuesday. No, the patio is not on the scope of work and there is no quote/estimate, no charge and there has been no payment towards the patio. Framing Will not hold up to the weight of adding decking and shingles.

      Saying that the Patio is not on the scope of work is a blatant lie. The Patio is absolutely on the scope of work and My insurance adjuster can attest to it. I discussed using shingles on the Patio with Jonathan ******, the company representative, but he told that the framing will not hold up on the weight of the decking, but that the company (NTX Roof Tech) will use a better material on the Patio roof than what it has now. Like I stated earlier, I paid this company (NTX Roof Tech) in full for all the works that we agreed on. And these include: Removing and replacing roof for both the House and Patio, Repairing and Painting of the Drywall in the house where there are water damages. But this company did not complete all the works that we agreed on. And Removing and replacing the Patio Roof are absolutely part of the agreement. As for the contract, When I returned from a trip, I requested that the contract be emailed or sent to me for over four weeks and nothing was emailed or sent to me then. The contract was emailed to me on January 07, 2023, after this company has already came and removed and replaced the roof of my house. I spoke to Jonathan ****** on January 12, 2023 and he told me that NTX Roof Tech workers will be coming to my house on Tuesday January 17, 2023 to remove and replace the Patio Roof, repair the Skylight that is leaking and repair and paint the drywall in my house where there are water damages. I hope that they will complete all the works that we agreed on this time.

      A few days after Hurricane Ida, I signed a contract with NTX to repair my home. To this date, all repairs have not been completed. They at first could not fill out paperwork properly which led to my roof not being completed until March. This was after they received money in February and promised work would start then. No one would ever show up on the dates they gave. Once they completed the roof, they were given more money for the inside repairs. They then did not answer phone calls or return messages. Once workers finally showed up, they did shoddy work, left a mess, and tried to use old insulation in my walls. The last time they were at my house was in July when only insulation was delivered. Since then, no work has been completed. 90% of the time, NTX does not answer the phone or respond to text messages. 10% of the time when they do answer, they say someone is coming do work on a certain day, and no one shows up. When I try to call and see why no one showed up, they once again do not answer any communication. I have asked to be let out of my contract and to get my money back but have yet to receive anything requested. Due to them not completing the work as they said they would, I now have to get a whole new air condition system for my house. Their lack of work has caused my system to overwork itself, and their works have twisted my ducts in the attic. Due to this, the only way to fix it is to replace them. They also destroyed countertops in my house they were not supposed to touch, never ordered my cabinets they told me repeatedly they would order or fixed the ceiling in one of my bedrooms that was supposed to be done. I have been fighting them for a year and they have made this a terrible experience. They have done the same to other people I know. I have also had to pay for a storage unit for the last twelve months due to them telling me I needed to get my property out my house for them to complete the work.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/03) */ ******* has been released from his contract since September formally in writing. These are false claims as he was just recently awarded repairs from his insurance that would allow us to proceed. We could not proceed without those approvals.

      We lost our entire home in hurricane I** and I am absolutely disgusted with NTX Rooftech LLC. We signed a contract with NTX on September 30,2021 and to **te our house is nowhere near completion. We have paid over 100k upfront and all we have to show for it is a roof which was estimated 11k on the scope of work and drywall which had been repainted three different times because THEIR subcontractor painted it wrong. We have asked REPEATEDLY via text, phone ,and email for up**ted scopes of work, material list and budgets. We have no clue where the 106k we have sent them has gone. The lack of communication and project completion are leaving us feeling as if we have been TAKEN ADVANTAGE during the worst possible moment as a homeowner. Our home has not been worked on since before April of 2021.On 9/7, I spoke with JT ,the owner., He stated that the issues they are experiencing is that they do not have subcontractors to complete the work on our home. We requested our money back since it seemed like they cannot complete the work required,and we were told they could not refund us our money since they have already purchased materials. I asked for an itemized materials list which is what I have been asking for for the last TWO MONTHS now and they have yet to provide it. We had to find our own subcontractors, and they have yet to send them an up**ted scope of work and what is left in the budget regarding materials.Our subcontractors sent their estimate for labor and now they are saying they will not pay them half of the labor cost up front. We were also informed by their newest project manager on 9/20 that there are not enough funds left to complete all of our bathrooms, and that they are unable to provide an itemized materials list since they pooled our money with the other projects in the area in order to purchase materials in bulk. The newest project manager has stated that everything has been grouped together and it is too hard to decipher what materials have gone.

      I do apologize for how the project has turned out from our part (NTX) and we are currently involving attorneys to fix this issue because an agreement has yet to be made on what is true as the above statements are falsely stated.
