Watched this company litter our neighborhood with flyers today, blatantly ignoring at least 8 "No Soliciting/Hand Bills" signs. Not sure if they just can't read or don't care. Either is not acceptable. I have a sign for a reason- much like my neighbors. We have babies sleeping and guard dogs protecting them. When strangers walk up to my door, the dogs bark to alert me of danger. Now all the babies are awake and ******. Same as me. I've texted 10 of my neighbors discouraging them against using people this careless.

We kindly issued an apology within minutes of receiving the complaint. We are parents as well and completely understand your statement and are deeply sorry. We were called out to the neighborhood by a prior satisfied customer that received damages during this week's storm. We did concerningly reach out to neighbors to see if they were in need of assistance since the storm did not only affect our client's home. We chose to place informative notes at the door so the homeowners could read them at their convenience. Not avoiding homes with "No Soliciting" is a mistake on our part that we fully take responsibility for and do apologize. Fortunately for the few homeowners that are not as able as others did receive the information and we are now assisting them in their time of need.Review from RR

I would definitely recommend NTX Roof Tech! Yashua and his crew were professional and friendly. They offered to inspect my roof and provided an honest assessment. My roof has some minor areas but nothing to worry about for now. They are knowledgeable and will not try to sell you something you do not need. Honesty! Definitely keeping their contact information for when I need my roof replaced. Thank you!Review from Nancy C.

We had a very good experience with this company after we experienced hail damage to our roof from a wild hail storm last spring. The individuals we interacted with were very professional and the work was performed to our satisfaction.NTX Roof Tech Response
