      I placed a large order on the app on 8/10/24 for a total of $50.55 After placing the order and waiting for it to be made I double check the location and unfortunately see thats its way too far from the location I initially picked! , The location it was ordered to was almost an hour away from me! I immediately contacted bk support through the chat on the app and it said I would get a response back from an agent within 24 hours and its been longer than that with no response even after reaching out multiple times!! It shouldnt be this hard to cancel an order and get my money back!! I still havent received any help from bk and they still have my money for an order I wasnt able to get!! So I am asking for my full refund ,,it shouldnt be this much of a hassle we should be able to cancel orders through the app to prevent these types of situations!! Horrible customer service as well since I received none!!

      I was in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes the general manager *** he even put me on hold for an additional 5 minutes to punish me because my kids were taking too long. He then said ok now if your ready I had to start over so give me your order again then said he didnt have time to think of what I ordered and he started over when I corrected him as he was the one who was not paying attention to what I was ordering. He then said he was not taking my order the I asked for someone else to take my order as he was being rude and cocky he then said that I needed to leave because no one else could take my order I went inside to check and there were 3 additional employees he then stated that he has ordered his staff to no give me information I asked for the complaint number he declined and then lied and said it was posted on his door. His assistant manager called ************************************************************************************************************************ because he stated that the only person above him was the owner again another lie. Waisted the city officers time over a lie and as the officers stated that they have had multiple calls from 911 I recommended them speaking with them about what an emergency really is because I never acted irate nor did I threaten them. Three officers ended up going in to let the staff know how disrespectful they were.

      On Feb 13th around 715 pm I ordered food at the drive thru upon getting home I took two bites of my burger and realized bacon which I paid for wasn't on my burger. I go back to the restaurant were no Manager is on duty for an employee to tell me she can't refund remake or give me bacon which I paid for because I had took two bites and then she throws my burger in the trash. I had to call the police they couldn't do anything because it's a civil matter. I went today to talk to a Manager and was told she was on FaceTime with the employee and she saw I had bacon on my burger which is all a lie and it's cameras in this business to prove that. I plan on taking any actions nesscary in handling this because this is stealing and unacceptable. I was given no receipt.

      I ordered on the Burger King app in which charged my card. I got to the location on ************* in ****************** ** and they were closed. Lights off, went through drive through, pulled the doors. Completely closed. Not a soul in the restaurant. You all took my money and would not refund me. I needed that money to feed my family. Now my family cannot eat tonight. This is absolutely horrible that you all did this to us. The chat line is an AI robot who says I will get a response in ***** hrs. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never in my life eat at Burger King again and all I want is my money back that you all stole. Your app should have never let me order if you were closed.

      Spent an hour between the ordering station and the payment station in a burger king drive through despite no cars being in front of me. After I received my order, my burger contained old, smelly lettuce that made the hamburger completely appalling.

      I am writing about my experience with Burger King at ************************************************** on Saturday (9/9) at 6:05pm. We ordered two cheeseburgers through the drive-thru, but upon arriving home found that both sandwiches had moldy bread (see pictures attached). Mistakes happen, so we went back to the restaurant and went inside to get a refund. The employee was very dismissive, they did not apologize or offer to help in any way. They only said they are not the manager and to come back another day. When we asked for them to contact a manager for more immediate assistance, the employee immediately responded very rudely "that is not my job" and told us to leave. From here the employee then threatened to call the police, so we went outside to wait for them to arrive. Another employee came to our car to ask if everything was ok, but still offered no help. After waiting and still no police arrived, we went back inside to ask again for a refund. This time the employee yelled at me, called me "dumb" and asked if I was "deaf". He said "we didn't know there was mold, it's not my job to check every sandwich." And again they threatened to call the police. We left with moldy sandwiches and no refund - this store not only almost got me sick, but they also displayed grossly unprofessional behavior and basically robbed a customer. When I try to call the store, it only rings twice & then gives a busy tone. so essentially - I have no way of getting my money back or resolving this issue, unless I waste more time and gas going to the store.

      I ordered a meal on the ** app at 11pm. I went to pick up in the drive through at 11:15pm no one was around no response. So I didnt get my order. I filed a complaint on the app for at least a refund of my $12.10 Ive had issues with this location two other times with missing food etc. *** tried contact through the app, by phone and email.       After my fifth attempt they have issued a refund.  My advice, dont use the app for this troubled location.  They have too many supply and staffing issue to pre pay for your order.

      I placed my sons order online. Went to ******* Burger King to pick up the order. Waited in line for 15 minutes. The lobby was closed. I called the store and asked if I could come in to pick up my sons order, I was told no. I requested a refund, over a week ago.Online said I was being given a refund. I never received a refund. This was a gift to my son, autistic, for his 13th birthday. He doesnt understand why his money was taken. I have reached out to bk. Com/support, several times. No one will contact me.

      On March 29th, I placed an order and had to cancel it immediately after due to my husband getting out of classes earlier than expected and needing to go pick him up. There was no option to cancel, only contact support. They told me to wait ***** hours to hear back from support. Support told me that they couldn't cancel the order or refund it and for the $11.50 order they could offer me a $5.00 coupon. So I called the store that the order was placed for and they told me that because it was no longer the day I ordered it, I couldn't pick up the order. Again, I waited to hear back from support about cancelling my order only to be told that they couldn't. So I couldn't get the food because they told me to wait to hear back, and I can't get my money back because I ordered the food and they refused cancel the order. They never even made the food or checked the order in.

      Burger king charged me for food I never received. The burger king app charged the location to the wrong location after I had previously set it. the app froze and restarted once it restarted I continued my order only to find out it placed the order at the wrong location 40 miles away due to an app error!!! I requested a refund and they refused. I didn't receive the food yet was charged I want a full refund.
