      The worker ******* at **** and busters ******, ** location was unfriendly and dishonest. We wanted to sign up for the $79.99 spring break game pass initially but he said he Wouldnt recommend it with no reasons given. We ended up buying $120 worth of the chips on the new card first and had to go back to the counter and purchase the game pass afterwards. After 20 mins of waiting, Instead of calling me which was the next in line he called the person behind me instead. I had to go up to him after he was done assisting the person came after me to let him know that I was the next in line and had been waiting for assistance. His response was simply an Okay. I told him I wanted to buy 1 game pass and 2 guest passes initially with converting the digital card. I guess the only heard 1 guest pass. I had to wait another 10 mins for the manager to come up and do the physical card. I didnt care much with the guest pass thinking I can just go back and add another one after a few games since Ive been waiting for 30 minutes at that point but sure enough I was wrong. I went back to him asking to purchase an additional guest pass he told me I couldnt do it anymore I could only purchase it with the main pass. I dont know if they get commission off the chips sold I felt like I was being lied to. He knew we were a party of three and that would make sense that we wanted 2 guest passes. And why would someone not wanting to buy the pass and get unlimited games for 10 days? Him not recommending the pass was very deceiving and I didnt like it. Instead of correcting his error he said there was nothing he could do and walked away. So we had to use the chips we had on the card that he recommended. Im asking **** and Busters to return the ships used on games yesterday since a guest pass purchase was unsuccessful due to worker error and to provide another guest pass or equivalent credit for us to purchase the pass.

      Its absolutely sad how this restaurant has gone so downhill. We visited this establishment frequently. We knew everyone. Due to my daughters sports practice unfortunately we could not go as much but decided to take a trip for our anniversary. Typically the front desk was amazing!! Would tell us what the best deals for our money was and would always try and help as much as possible. I handed the gentleman 8 bands to see which were able to add tickets to. 4 were active out of the 8 but we decided to just go with the ones we had on our app and switch them over and add credits. We paid close to 70 on one wrist band and close to 60 on the other which gave us close to 800. When we went back to refill there was no one at the desk so I had time to stand there and read all the offers. Come to find out there was a deal for you buy 4 cards you get it at 42 total and would get 1200 credits. Great! Usually a manager would charge me the difference and add the remaining credits some how. I asked the manager **** when he came up he said there was nothing he could do and I would have to call corporate. I ended up spending over 200 dollars in credits that night. Okay. I call corporate the next business day speak with ****** she gives me 2 options 1 the credits or she could call the store and have them issue a refund. I ask for the refund. She advises she would call me back in a short while to make sure they were done. I did not get a call so decided to call the store manager ******* he states he hasn't heard of anything and will do research call me back. I get a call back saying he could not do anything it would be corporate. Here I go calling ****** back and she says "she hates when they advise custs of that and would take care of it" I get a call today from another manager at the store that says he spoke to corporate and they wanted him to call me I ask for what he states he can't issue anything since I didn't do it that day. What!? What is corporate good for?
