I ordered from them on February 26, 2022 around 7:10 pm. They had sent a notification for every step they were taking to get the order ready and sent to me. All those notifications were false. At 9:07 pm, they sent a notification saying they were on the way and the pizza place is only 5-10 minutes away from my house. The order got to my house at 10:17 pm. At that point I did not want it anymore. I don't know what they may have done to it since it was so late. So I thanked the delivery driver and told him I didn't want it anymore since I had gotten other food by that time. I've tried reaching out to the restaurant many times and when they finally answered me they said they couldn't give me a refund because they didn't know if my story was correct. Implying I could be lying. I called customer service and stayed on the call for 2 1/2 hours until they finally answered just to tell me they would investigate because they may not be able to give me my refund since it's an "independent owned domino's". I am very unpleased and the store manager or shift managers don't do anything to help me. I want this reported and my money back and some sort of compensation for this. It has caused me emotional harm since I have anxiety and high blood pressure.
