I was trying to have a happy thanksgiving I order a holiday special on Sunday online from what I was told when I called the store before I ordered was that you place a order with your card and they run the transaction when you pick up on thanksgiving so they tried to run my card on Monday night my card was locked because I have had some fraudulent charges on my debit card he told me who locks they card anyways I said I do because its my card mine you they never called me to say my card didnt go through I called them right away when I noticed it so I called the restaurant that Tuesday morning the assistant manager told me its no big deal they received my order and to pay on Thursday I asked her are you sure because I didnt want any problems on thanksgiving well I get there and the general manager off the bat was soooo rude he was yelling I think trying to embarrass me like your card declined so thats why we dont have your order ready and told me he wasnt running a charity case store never asked for anything free only what I agreed to order on line my total was ***** when I got there it was up to ****** he told me I couldnt get the holiday price I ordered online any more and its nothing he can do!!!! All while arguing with me and my daughter in a store full of people I will be taking this all the way to the top for my respect!!!!!! Word of advice to the rude store manager treat people how you want to be treated I think he was acting this way also because Im African American!!!!! Racist
