      My husband and I went to the Golden Corral in ******* Texas and both needed to use the restroom when we got there so after paying we both went to use the restroom and both restrooms,, the toilets were clogged up with toilet paper and trashes were overflowing with trash. The meatloaf and the desserts tasted like as if they were old and every time wed try and get help from an employee theyd ignore us and keep walking. Macorani and cheese was also SUPER runny where it was almost running right back off the plate when you put the food on your plate

      On Thursday July 27th, between 6:30-7pmmy family and I went to this establishment for dinner. While attempting to pick up and place a food item on my plate, the tray which was holding the food item began to move and steam came from underneath and burn my right forearm. The person who was our server for the evening witnessed this happening. He in turn apologized for the mishap. The next day July 28ththere was a very visible burn that I took a picture of. I attempted to contact someone using the customer service number on the ******************** website and I also typed up something in the area that says Contact Us. On July 31st I attempted to contact again via phone I got no answer. On Aug. 1st the store manager contacted me and stated that he was contacted and told about my complaint and asked me to come in on Aug. 4th to fill out an incident report. He kept apologizing and even asked what could he do for me and then mentioned money, to which I stated Money??? Did you just say money to me? and then he tried to change the subject. I felt a bit insulted by that. SoI went in on the 4th and filled out the report. The manager was still very apologetic and took responsibility for the incident by saying that the table was not set up properly. After filling out the report, he stated that he would get it to the home office. I tried to show him the picture that I took and he told me to send it to the email that was on the incident report. I took a picture of it and tried to send the picture, but it wasnt a good email so I contacted the manager about it on Aug. 9th and he told me that he would let the home office know. I tried waiting to hear from someone. I contacted the store manager via text on Aug.18th got no answer. I called **************** on ********. On Aug 24th I went back to the location and talked to manager and he said once he put the report in its out of his hands. I called **************** again on Sept. 9th, 13th, 20th and no answer and no contact.

      Hi, my name is ********** and my husband name is ****** we decided to take our family to grab something to eat at Golden Corral in ******,** store number # ****. We informed the manager that there was Roaches that was crawling around the food while trying to eat a 3rd time we informed the manager and she looked surprised and offered a refund in the process of the refund we was told we can't get a full refund because we have already sat down and ate and I told her we didn't want a refund until after a 3rd round of food thats when we saw the Roaches she explained we should have came to her as soon as possible and I told her I did thats why I got my family up first and said let's go I don't want to eat here anymore. So with that being said I did not get my full refund back and the place is a nasty and unprofessional place to eat at. With all conclusions I also have kids that was also eating very unsatisfied. Also we was only giving ***** dollars out of ***** dollars because the manager stated it was because we have already ate, very unsatisfied customer.

      While on vacation, myself and two family members went here to eat. The buffet was not appetizing. Food was stuck to the bottom of the pans and there wasn't much in them. It looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The place was not clean. There was trash and food underneath the tables. We tried to find food that didn't look too bad but it just wasn't any good. Our server asked if everything was okay and we told her no. We couldn't eat this food. She said they were getting ready for dinner time. She was gone for a while as we sat there without getting any food. The manager finally came over but her attitude was immediately offputting. She claimed that we had to tell her within 30 minutes that we didn't want the food. I told her It wasn't that long since we told our server. She argued with us aggressively for several minutes. She had a very bad attitude and refused to refund our money. I feel like I have been stolen from since they took our money and we received no product. We want our fifty dollars back.

      I went to the Establishment on January 1 2023 we paid a total of 145$ for my party to eat as I get to make my plate I get a spoon of broccoli there was a white worm shaped bug on it manger took plate told me it was normal had my son go get me a piece of chicken tasted it it didn't sit right opened it up it's raw in the middle refused to refund me my money and the law was called

      This complaint is regarding a previously planned birthday reservation for 60 guests on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Reservation number ************ - Date of confirmation completed 10/24/22. This event occurred at the Golden Corral in *****, Maryland. Charges in the amount of $816, were posted and paid in full one day prior to the event'. Unfortunately, the restaurant's party room or restaurant was not ready to host our special 80th birthday celebration for my mom. Myself, family members and guests had to jump into action to assist the manager with asking a party of 25 guests currently in the room planned for our event to kindly leave, then one attendee was sent to clear tables, we asked for cloths, then cleaned the room and move 11 4 person tables and chairs in 15 minutes to prepare and decorate the space before additional guests and our mother arrived for her special surprise celebration. The Manager Joshua nonchalantly told me the reservation was not yet paid, when in fact it was paid and confirmed in advance, I actually called the restaurant on the day before at 1:30 PM EST and advised Joshua our plans to arrive 30 minutes early and received permission from Joshua to bring decorations. Front desk staff and cashiers were unaware of party and charged and essentially upset four guests, several others had to call and ask hosts to come to front because staff would not let them in, the manager never extended apologies. The entire event was an EPIC failure by Golden Corral management. One server was assigned to take drink orders for 60 guests. The room had only enough space to host 48 guests. The wall divider was closed and another party was in adjoining room. I literally spent the entire night locating servers and the manager, Joshua to assist with tasks after we were left unattended for an hour with several dishes uncleared and a big ongoing mess. When advising the manager of the upcoming escalation, he shrugged shoulders and said "oh well". We need relief asap.

      Me and my wife ate at the ********** location today. We came at 3pm so it was between lunch and dinner time. There was barely any food on the buffet and the food that was there was not even hot and tasted horribly like it had been sitting out for hours. I guess they dont have a lot of customers around this time of day so they didnt put new food out. It was a horrible experience. We are deaf so when you contact us back please just email me. Thanks
