I visited a BBQ restaurant in ************** in ****** ***** around 6pm on 1-30-2023 and a guy who was making the meat was rude to me I have a speech problem and Im a special needs young man and I noticed he was nice to the Hispanic couples but was rude to me said I cant get extra chopped beef on my three meat plate and Im willing to pay extra for it and I didnt like his attitude and I had trouble selecting my order and he was ******* me too fastInitial Complaint

On Mon.Dec.5, 2022 @ 19:30, my wife and I attempted to place an order for Bar-B-Que at Soulman's Bar-B-Que; My wife was told despite the fact that there was insufficient Ribs to fill her Orders, she would still HAVE to pay the 'FULL Price'; When I objected to same, the Meat Cutter and a**** Counter Clerk became very disrespectful, rude, and outright belligerent; It escalated because of their blatant disrespect; I requested the Manager, a young *** came out and was further rude, and disrespectful and demanding I Leave....I stated I would taljk with the Owner and get it straight and all parties (staff) said Do it...we don't care....This matter was NOT handled professionally as I have been treated by the Owner for the past 2 1/2 years and I was not allowed to speak with him; culmination was not only was I treated extremely rudely, 'they' TRIED to CHEAT my wife, and I was forced to leave without any Bar-B-Que. I am an Honorably Discharged Viet Nam Veteran and should not have been treated like this as I spend greatly there throughout the week every single week, and I know had the Owner been there this never would've happened. As it stands, I won't ever patronize this establishment again despite it having the BEST Bar-B-Que in the State of Texas. It is my hope that when this is brought to the Owner's attention, he'll see that the 'Staff' (for want of a better word), were not representative of the fine service he exemplifies, and the way the Owner has ALWAYS treated my wife and I. The actions of the so-called Manager, Meat Cutter and Counter Clerk were reprehensible. Please help us get this matter addressed and this matter resolved. Thank You.
