February 21, 2022 at 6:35pm, I reached out to Gloria that makes cakes on Facebook. We talked about how i wanted my custom cake and cupcakes to be designed and vanilla flavor. I told her everything I wanted and she said she can make that happened with no problems. I told her that April 9 is when I needed the cake and cupcakes. She said okay and to let her know if I needed to make any changes. She charged me $450 for the cake and $40 a piece for a dozen of cupcakes.I ordered 2 dozens. So I was pleased and sent $265 for the deposit of the cake and cupcakes for the down payment on PayPal on February 24, 2022 at 7:14p.m. . I asked her instead of picking up the cake Saturday, May I please come Sunday and she said that's totally fine with her. She said you can come 8am to pick of the cake. I made it to her house about 8:30 am. I payed her in cash of $265. Her husband brought me the cake to my car. The cake was perfect and he put it the backseat of my car. When I left to go back to Paris Tx from her house in Dallas Tx. I told her I was traveling 2 hours away to pick up the cake. So I would've thought it would've been frozen but I trusted her bc she said it would be okay but the The cake started falling apart when took it in my house. Then when I started cutting the cake it had strawberries in the cake. I didn't ask for fruit to be in the cake. So I told her to call me bc of the condition and the fruit in the cake I purchased from her. She replied and said she's in church and would give me a call back. So 45 mins later she called. I told that I didn't understand why my cake was falling and why was there strawberries in the cake and that I didn't ask for that. Someone could've got sick from that. She said my customers know how makes her cake. I told her ma'am you know I'm a new customer you didn't ask me or give me any opinions. She said well next time maybe I should ask people if they like it. She said I will only send 10% which is $45 which I haven't received any money yet
