On 21Apr2024 my husband and I went through the Krispy Kreme drive thru and ordered two single donuts. Their employee accidentally charged $16.49. The Employee apologized and stated they have voided the charge/will be refunded.I wasn't worried about it until I checked my account and it still has not been refunded. I drove out of my way on 18May2024 to the location to inquire about it. The manager would not speak to me directly (only through another employee) and kept providing me the store number even though I told them the store number just disconnects the call. ****** stated only the general manager could help me but that meant I have to drive again to the location when they are there, seems unreasonable they couldn't just provide an actual number for them or give me a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a box of 12 Original Donuts on April 30th at 4:35pm. I received a message that my order was delivered at 5:23 p.m. At 4:50 p.m. I received a message that my order was canceled, and during that time I did not receive any phone calls or messages contacting me to let me know why my order was canceled. I called the company several times after that and no one answered. There has been no refund for the fees I paid.Initial Complaint

On 8/23/23 I drove to Krispy Kreme on **** ************** west ******, ** ***** which is 15 mins away from my house which is the only Krispy Kreme near by. I was excited to go there because they were advertising online for the strawberry glazed dozen donuts for a limited time. They had no recollection and no clue what I was talking about and said they dont sell it. I showed the online picture and they still didnt know. So instead I ordered a dozen of glaze donuts for **** that the website was advertising. The deal was **** from 8/23 until 3 days. They wasnt aware of that coupon either. The drive through clerk ask to see the advertisement and I showed her advertisement for **** it stated no promo code needed. She went to the manager and the manager said she couldnt do it for **** because I have to buy something else to read the fine print. Which is wrong because there was no fine print also no promo code needed which the manager looked on my phone twice. So I was shocked for her to make that lie up. I was highly dissatisfied with her answer. I was the only car in line and upon waiting for them to figure it out. They gave me a cold box of donuts which I was very very disappointed!!! All that time wasted and the long drive I had to travel for cold Krispy Kreme donuts.Initial Complaint

I visited your store located on Clemson Rd,Columbia, SC today at 9:00 PM EST. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. When I got to the order booth, I placed order. THEN I was told they were only taking cash. This should of been the first sentence out of the employee mouth other than asking me my order. I asked if I could place order in the mobile app and pay for it that way. She said no, only cash. Needlessly to say this was a complete waste of my time and gas. I live approximately 45 minutes from here. My children were very upset they would not be able to enjoy a originally glazed doughnut. Customer service is really going downhill. Oh yea, the mobile app said the hot sign was on and it clearly was not. I should have taken a picture for you. And yes, I did come for the special for the original glazed for the price of national gas.Business response
